  1. What do you believe America must do to get back her MOXIE?

    1. Study the Constitution. Also The Federalist Papers.

    2. Read Mark Levin’s The Liberty Amendments.

  2. Imp says:

Confront the truth about islime, PC, borders, language and “diversity”.

  3. Farmer John says:

Dump the wet noodle GOP establishment politicians that RUN from every controversy.

  4. Re-education camps for a liberal professors, lib media commentators and Democrat politicians.

  5. Mustang says:
All societies change over time; the USA is not unique in this. But what is missing is genuine conservative leadership at the national level, dedicating resources to the management of these changes. Where is a much-needed public relations campaign? In my mind, it is as if only morons occupy the business spaces at the National Republican Party, people who are drawing massive salaries and are doing little to nothing in this vein. I offer this suggestion because there is no way we can depend on, or trust parents to actually raise their children as good American citizens. Let’s face it, what kind of parents do you think Ducky had? RE-education camps might work in China or Vietnam, Ed … but that isn’t who we are.

  7. Tongue-in-cheek, Colonel.

  8. geeez2014 says:

AOW: That’d be way too big a shock for most liberals. And if they knew what was IN it, they’d want to change it to something better sited to a WORLD ORDER!!!

    Imp: GOOD ONES

FJ….Your comment made me wonder about all of us starting a campaign of writing to the GOP and telling them exactly how we feel; I’m talking about MILLIONS OF EMAILS.
How sickening to hear JEB BUSH is neck and neck with Hillary. That’s supposed to be GOOD NEWS???

    Ed…I know it’s tongue-in-cheek, but the sentiment’s right.

Mustang, “But what is missing is genuine conservative leadership at the national level, dedicating resources to the management of these changes. ” What changes happening today would you want propagated by the Republicans?

Mal, I sense people are SORT OF starting to get a grip; like the huge support that Pizza shop got; I KNOW that’s probably only good Christian conservatives, but some GAYS came out in favor of their stance, too. Let’s hope a belief in GOD is part of that ‘getting a grip’~!

  9. Baysider says:

Yes, Mal. And 10X over! I posted on this recently, so it’s on my mind. Ben Franklin’s appeal to the Almighty on the impasse at the constitutional convention: “…address to the Creator of the universe, and the Governor of all nations, beseeching Him to preside in our council, enlighten our minds with a portion of heavenly wisdom, influence our hearts with a love of truth and justice, and crown our labors with complete and abundant success.”

It’s not a question of whether we will submit to something. It’s a question of to what? “Choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua

  10. Right, Baysider. As we all know reference to God is etched in stone all over D.C. for that reason.
Our founding fathers were much wiser than the idiots in our Capital today, THAT’S for sure.

  11. geeez2014 says:

Baysider….Funny, because while ‘gods’ is not capitalized in conjunction with who “your fathers served..”, signifying that these were false gods, I think most of us want to return to whom OUR fathers served….our own fathers, and our founding fathers.
Wonderful verse to remember….particularly at times like these but, as one finds SO OFTEN in the Bible, almost every verse feels like it’s ‘right for just this moment’! There are SO MANY which fit exactly right when we’re reading it…

Mal, that is DEFINITELY for sure 🙂 I wish you and Joni a very Happy Easter SUnday!

  12. John M. Berger says:

As long as we have NANY , MOXIE will stay in the closet.

  14. Mustang says:
    @ Ed

I know that, but it is as Kid, Z, and I were discussing earlier via email, an Arizona state senator made a flippant remark similar to yours and her Democrat colleague tweeted it out, to the world. It was picked up by the New York Daily News, which proceeded to accuse Republicans and Christians as whackos. Then I got an email this morning from a Catholic friend suggesting that “we protestants” aren’t to be trusted with government. Apparently, everyone is allowed to kid around except Republicans and Christians, and the lesson is, I suppose, that we need to watch what we say. Big Brother is listening.

I was speaking about social changes. We are not living today in our grandfather’s America. In fact, none of our founding fathers would recognize modern America, and none of them would understand our modern English. So we know that these changes are natural and will occur over time. When I speak of managing changes, I mean the kind of PR effort by the GOP and congressional leadership that refuses to allow the left to get away with its false narrative. Christian leadership is also lacking in this area, as we’ve noted over the past few days.

  15. geeez2014 says:

Mal, I hope you come by tomorrow…..My Easter Sunday Faith Post is very special to me and I’m hoping it’s a blessing to those who find the time to come and read it. xxx

Mustang, I knew you meant ‘social changes’ and I’m too well aware that we’re not living in our grandfather’s America (How my immigrant grandpa LOVED America and learned English in six months at the age of 10 and became a VERY big fish in what was the small pond of Troy, NY!…with almost no education….his is a story echoed in all our families, I’m sure)…and no, our founding fathers would CROAK if they came back……
When I read “MANAGING CHANGES” the first time, I thought you mean acquiescing to the times and managing as best we can….but NOW I totally understand you mean MANAGING like CONTROLLING THEM from going to far! Good clarification 🙂 (I should have known better!!)

Yes, Christian leadership is virtually DEAD from fear of PC.

I did actually like what the Pope said yesterday, however….that we have to STOP BEING PONTIUS PILATE and IGNORING WHAT”S HAPPENING …”We risk, all of us, the institutions and the people of the Western world, to be Pontius Pilate who wash their hands of (these events),” he added.” duh.

  16. Kid says:

The GOP need to get on the same page every minute of every day like the Dems have been doing. Note that I’ve given up on the GOP as I don’t believe they have American’s interests at heart at all. (I’ll vote against the beast in the dem primary and of course any dem in the general) So, we need a new party and they need to be on the same page.
In my mind, the founding of our country and it’s Constitution simply ignore’s social issues and that’s all we hear the GOP talking about. Not good. We need people talking about how and why Conservatism makes people’s lives better as opposed to socialism/communism. Keep driving the points and stay away form the social issues, Over time only idiots will still believe in socialism/communism. Frankly I don’t believe most repubs (politicians or people) are Conservatives. They want to control other people too much.
Well, we started out as not only freedom of religion but also freedom from religion if that’s a person’s thing. Even joking about forcing people to go to church is counter to the task at hand and doesn’t fit the country’s founding narrative either. We’re so far down the wrong roads, I’d be amazed if we found our way back.
