WATCH: Sheriff David Clarke Rejects ‘Racist Police’ Premise
It’s fair to say Sheriff David Clarke does not have a high opinion of Al Sharpton!
Sheriff Clarke recently appeared on Fox News to comment on the police-involved shooting in South Carolina. Before his remarks, Fox showed a video clip of a black man defending the police after an officer stopped him for making an incorrect turn. Good for him, Sheriff Clarke said, and wondered how long it would take the mainstream media and the “race provocateurs” to try to discredit him.
Sheriff Clarke has THIS TO SAY about the Baltimore Riots…..Here’s a bit from him “Like Baltimore, like Ferguson, like New York and many other areas where failed liberal government policies have led to high unemployment, chronic poverty, failing schools, this is what besets the Baltimore area.”
The sheriff reiterated that the overwhelming majority of police officers serve with honor, distinction, integrity, and character protecting the community. Just as he wouldn’t hold an entire race of people responsible when a black man recently killed two NYPD officers, people shouldn’t hold the whole of law enforcement responsible when one cop steps outside constitutional bounds.
This whole post is a shameless steal from Black Community News, Star Parker’s blog……I just had to have Sheriff Clarke on it, and to have you hear his words if you haven’t already, because I admire him SO MUCH. We need 10 million more like him………..Or maybe, at least, every sheriff in America? 🙂 I wish.

I love to hear this too . It really shows how ridiculous sounding the Sharpton’s of the world sound. just a bunch of screaming mimis who offer nothing but rhetoric.
They have been crying about the same thing for 60 years and the people keep voting for the same leaders who have no solutions .
A little off subject but I just remembered it. When Obama was talking about Greece’s problems he said that they need to start collecting some taxes. What a problem solver huh?

We watched this interview also, Z, and agree with your opinion of the man. If only more Blacks would listen to him. Also, I thought what they said about Al Sharpton was good. I wish more of the Blacks would start seeing him for what he is: A rabble-rouser that is only hurting them in the long run.

Kid, I hard Mfume this morning and he was so sadly reminding America that this Baltimore area’s not improved since the Sixties riots. I thought “Does he HEAR himself? ALL Black gov’t there and it’s someone ELSE’S fault that it’s stagnant or even worse?”
He doesn’t even REALIZE he’s condemning himself and his ridiculous cohorts who are more interested in getting leftwingers elected (including themselves) than getting some real, lasting, conscientious HELP there…ways to honestly and constructively give those people HOPE again.

TALK ABOUT TAXES:
Here in my neighborhood in L.A., they are throwing tar over the streets…and blocking traffic to those streets, of course, etc. They were finished here by the time I got home after lunch and I walked out to see the beauty…I could have got the tar on more evenly and we didn’t really need it for any reason, anyway. They left the little holes and cracks, just slopped stuff over it.
My tax dollars at work. I was pretty surprised at the waste of money. Why I’m surprised, I don’t know.

And now in 2015, they succeeded in getting a CVS to open there….think they’ll be willing to do that again? So…Baltimore is going to look worse now that it has since ’68. They keep giving birth to more and more stupidity…..if only it was worth anything, they’d all be millionaires. It’s still…I want, I want, we want….gimme, gimme. Re: CNN on buying people out of poverty. Remember in the 60’s when all the lefties ran around bemoaning the materialistic society? What is more materialistic than trying to end poverty by throwing money at it? (Well, thousands of poverty pimps DO get rich.) And it’s this SAME LOT complaining. They are SO above and beyond the materialism of their parents. THEY think it’s the solution to everything. Just listen. And yeah, they’d be ‘shocked, shocked’ to think how materialistic they are. SO focused on money they miss the intangibles of character and integrity that parent, teachers, churches, and generally every adult a kid came into contact with instilled or reinforced.
