Imam freed: but…….

THIS IS COMFORTING.    Please weigh in…….it’s almost shocking, if this weren’t the new America, where insanity rules.  I totally understand that laws matter, but wouldn’t you THINK that enough evidence, enough ‘smoke’, might mean FIRE?

And please weigh in on the CHURCH TAX situation below, too!  Thanks.

Well, assuming he was released based upon American rights, then to take any of this rights would mean taking ours as well, so this is how it goes sometimes.
We need a hit squad, maybe call it Magnum Force.

That’s exactly right….funny you should say that, my original post (which I went back and rewrote) said “showing our freedoms are killing us….or about to”.

  3. PC GONE AMOK! What part of “TERRORISM” doesn’t the judge understand? The rules have changed.

From the article, “…prosecutors took snippets of information from various sources out of context to make their case that Robertson is a terrorist leader, and never proved their case.” The Judge’s conclusion was, “Notwithstanding the vast investigative resources of the United States, and years of effort, the prosecution’s proof is woefully inadequate.”

All of us should be angry to learn that a judge released a POS back into the public square, but our legal system demands that the government prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. In this case, the government was lazy and stupid. Robertson is not out of jail today because of the judge; he is out walking around because of the culture of the Holder Justice Department.

By the way, unless you’ve forgotten about Farrakhan, Wright, Sharpton, and Obama, Robertson is not the only terrorist leader out walking around; all of the former are more dangerous to American society than Robertson ever was.

  5. I believe it points to the fact our legal system is inadequate since terrorism became popular. When it comes to terrorism, a different set of rules needs to be established. We never thought this idea would become necessary, did we?

Mustang; I completely agree with you….as I said in my post…our laws DO matter. But the justice department was nowhere…if he really is NOT what they say he is, and reading about him makes you shiver (ex marine, big time indoctrinator, etc.) , why couldn’t they prove it?
And if they didn’t prove it, we can’t keep him.

Let’s hope he doesn’t do anything terrible, as he probably will; I’d hate to be that judge. It won’t be the judge’s fault, he might have agonized over this like I am, but…….

Mal….no, who’d have ever thought America would get so weak in so many ways, including letting muslim scum run US around in circles?

Bunkerville, that is THE PERFECT example of what we’re all trying to say; OUR laws prohibit that chip implantation, but WHY? WHY is it WE are the ones imprisoned now by our laws, WE are the ones who’ll suffer. This is ‘tyranny of the minority’ at its best. Which is SO BAD
