Just the ticket!…and QUITE some thinking from San Francisco

I was emailed this and thought you’d enjoy it!:

moto cop

A motorcycle police officer stops a driver for shooting through a red light. The driver is a real jerk, steps out of his car and comes striding toward the officer, demanding to know why he is being harassed by the Gestapo!

So the officer calmly tells him of the red light violation. The motorist instantly goes on a tirade, questioning the officer’s ancestry, sexual orientation, etc., in rather explicit offensive terms.

The tirade goes on without the officer saying anything.

When the officer finishes writing the ticket he puts an “AH” in the lower right corner of the narrative portion of the ticket. He then hands it to The ‘violator’ for his signature. The guy signs the ticket angrily, and when presented with his copy points to the “AH” and demands to know what it stands for.

The officer says, “That’s so when we go to court, I’ll remember that you’re an asshole!”

Two months later they’re in court. The ‘violator’ has a bad driving record with a high number of points and is in danger of losing his license, so he hired a lawyer to represent him.

On the stand the officer testifies to seeing the man run through the red light.

Under cross examination the defense attorney asks; “Officer is this a reasonable facsimile of the ticket that you issued to my client?”

Officer responds, “Yes, sir, that is the defendant’s copy, his signature and mine, same number at the top.”

Lawyer: “Officer, is there any particular marking or notation on this ticket you don’t normally make?”

“Yes, sir, in the lower right corner of the narrative there is an “AH,” underlined.”

“What does the “AH” stand for, officer?”

“Aggressive and hostile, Sir.”

“Aggressive and hostile?”

“Yes, Sir.

“Officer, are you sure it doesn’t stand for asshole?”

Well, sir, you know your client better than I do.
How often can one get an attorney to convict his own client?

AND THEN, STILL ON THE TOPIC OF CRIME,  THERE IS THIS…..I hate the term “AH” but it fits here, too.  ARE THEY NUTS?   Make sure you read the comments!!

and COMMENT HERE ON THIS! 🙂

Discussions with such loonies are fruitless. They can call them whatever they want, but it doesn’t change the definitional fact that someone who commits a crime is a criminal.

Regards the link – No limit to libtard stupidity.

RE: the link to the conversation about petty theft

As someone has said, Of all the things I’ve lost, I miss my mind the most. These people are completely and utterly brain-addled. American public schools and media have done their work well. Sickening to witness men and women who don’t even realize they are contributing to their own humiliation.

These are the grandchildren of those who fought so bravely in WWII.

    Disgusting and pathetic.

Membership in a civilized community involves certain social contracts which, although usually unwritten, are understood by the great majority of the society.

Along with those unwritten contracts are codified restrictions involving expectations, behavior, and responsibilities.

The benefits of living in a community of humans involve protection of certain rights, among which are both civil and human rights and liberties.

To me, civil rights and liberties can be suspended, abrogated, or terminated by the community for those who fail to meet the obligations of their social contracts.

In cases of heinous acts such as murder, rape, arson involving loss of life, treason, child pornography, and terrorism the community’s duty is to remove the source of the problem by either expulsion or extermination, involving revocation of ALL rights, including eating, breathing, and continuing to foul the environment for others.

Unauthorized seizure of property belonging to another person is a crime. So is entering and remaining in the country without proper authority.

Persons who steal, rob, harm, or even annoy others must be held accountable for their misconduct, and if they do not understand their rights to remain silence or have counsel, that’s just the way the cookie crumbles. Miscreants and parasites should not be able to shelter behind the Miranda curtain.

I remain a staunch advocate of capital punishment for the most vicious and odious of crimes: procedure to be capture, indictment, trial, verdict, and one appeal or review if found guilty; sentence to be carried out within 10 working days of final appeal. That way at least we know THAT SOB won’t bother people again as many paroled or “rehabilitated” criminals so often do.

    Soplice!

Now, aren’t you glad you asked?

  5. Imp says:

    criminal – Legal Definition (n)

One who has committed a crime.
One who has been convicted of a crime.
Constituting, implying, or involving a crime or an element of a crime.

What…is so confusing about that? Libs & progs…are the most stupid, useless maggots in an insane society.

  6. Kid says:

Give a loser an inch and they take a mile. obama and the dems have been giving them an inch a day. Which is why we are where we are.

  7. Sparky says:

RE: The link – Yet another Common Core ‘graduate’? The best way to fight the insanity is work at getting decent people in Public office.
    And pray.
    A LOT!

A friend who was also sent that article about crime emailed us back “STUPID LIVES MATTER, BUDDY!” 🙂 Love that!

You know, it reminds me of how we’re renaming things like illegals….We can’t say “illegals” anymore because that’s apparently mean to them. Now they’re UNDOCUMENTED or other euphemisms like that.

I’m giggling thinking of a court of law and if the judge couldn’t say CRIME or CRIMINAL anymore…or any other host of names the leftist loonies will probably come up with!

  9. fredd says:

If only we could convince all liberals to….what’s that? Don’t call them liberals? OK, fine. If we could just convince all progressives to….pardon me? That’s no good, either? OK. What shall I call those folk who think this way? “Good people?” Let’s go with that.

If we could just convince all ‘good people’ (vs ‘bad people’ who don’t think like them, you see) to move to enclaves such as SF, Berkeley, Soho, etc. and convince them that leaving these enclaves will diminish their lives by contaminating their spheres of being by coming into contact with the ‘bad people,’, the rest of us could live our lives free of their enlightened ways of thinking. An example of such enlightenment would certainly be the eliminating the word ‘criminal’ from the English language.

  10. Mal says:

Hmmm. The extreme opposite happens in some Muslim countries where, when they catch a thief, they cut his hands off! A bit extreme but it “DO” get results! No. I’m not advocating we do that. Only pointing out that something in between is the sensible solution. You know, like we USE to be.

  11. geeez2014 says:

Mal, you’re so right! Take a look at the post I just published above this!

Fredd…I wonder how much Black Americans would appreciate cops moving out of their neighborhoods for a MONTH…One MONTH, no cops. Think they’d be for it?!

  12. Kid says:

And it’s not going to get better. http://www.latimes.com/business/technology/la-fi-tn-teens-television-media-20151103-story.html

Another article say they spend 9 hours a day staring at screens.

  13. Mal says:

“I wonder how much Black Americans would appreciate cops moving out of the neighborhoods for a MONTH”, as has been pointed out, the first thing they would do if they were victims is call a cop!

  14. Baysider says:

This started here years ago when they stopped calling vagrants “vagrants” and substituted the word “homeless.” And, yes, ‘undocumented” too. I never use it. It’s shocking how many atta-boys this fruitcake got. You steal a horse because you’re a horse thief, not the other way ’round. That writer is a class A doctrinaire of the public schools. They constantly hammer into people how they were, are, and ever will be victims. THOSE are the folks who are stealing peoples’ lives and futures.

I just finished a great book on LA’s organized crime in the 40’s and 50’s. These were basically all white guys. Know what? They got the same treatment, and police ‘harassment’ minorities complain of today. Not because they were underprivileged (many had been) victims of ‘income inequality’ but because they were thieves and murderers.
