No Santa, No Stars…NO PLEDGE, TOO?

CHECK THIS OUT.

OK…WE GET THE “NO SANTA” (It’s stupid, but okay, what isn’t stupid in our schools these days?)…but THE PLEDGE IS BANNED? NO THANKSGIVING MENTION?   IN AMERICA?  IN SCHOOL?

Does anybody wonder why we’re falling apart as a country?

“95% of the students are Asian or Hispanic.” That’s exactly what happens when we no longer are the majority. “Welcome, everyone. We fought and died so you can change our Heritage.”

Mal, what IS “WW”? I got a request from a WW to comment and when I approved it, found out it was you!??

That image is a good one; thanks….IF ONLY!!
And I had the same thought when I’d read the demographics of that school….none of them CARE about America….the lefties have taught them they should care more about their heritage “Asian American” “Chinese American”..what the Left didn’t realize is how fascist that is; We Americans take in ALL legal immigrants with open arms…we believe in celebrating their traditions but that they are AMERICANS first once they’re naturalized… not the leftwing way of dividing….until WE are conquered, come to think of it. 😦
This is yet another idiotic leftwing legacy….resulting in NO PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
Allegiance to WHAT? They don’t teach allegiance to our country anymore in school!!!! That’s a joke.

This is ALWAYS code for ‘I don’t want children to celebrate the holidays I don’t like. And I don’t like Christians.” You want to ‘be sensitive’ to the diversity of our families, jerk? Then start by insisting Christmas be called Christmas. Or I better hear you start calling Ramadan the ‘fasting fest.’

Yeah, Thanksgiving’s a toughie. Implies there’s a recipient of your thanks. Can’t have that, can we.

    It goes away fast.

You know, there were character traits of thrift, hard work and a certain polite respect that were long associated with the Chinese (just ask the Malays whose country’s institutions the Chinese overran with thrift and hard work!). But in less than 2 generations of Mao’s China, when western hotels came in and opened with jobs given to the young elite of the country they had to start from square one teaching all those things from scratch.

Yeah. It’s not a birthright. It’s taught from one generation to the next. At one time people here KNEW why they loved and honored this country and its system. By my mother’s age they were feeling good about it and got misty eyed at patriotic music, but without an intellectual underpinning. THAT generation had no answers and was intimidated by the sh*theads from 60’s colleges when they challenged it all.

Baysider, Yea, the %&*(*’s would never think of calling a moslem ‘holiday’ by anything other than its formal name.

That’s a good one, and it’s been proven over the last 40 years if not 100 years. But more so in recent times. There are videos of teachers literally forced to sit at their desk in the front of the classroom, while the ‘students’ jump around like monkeys, have sex, whatever. What’s the point? If that is the classroom environment, why keep the school open. It isn’t accomplishing anything. Well, it’s accomplishing the negative while people in those districts have to pay for it.

so our teachers are only ‘teaching’ for the money…..why else COULD they be there? this isn’t an anomaly, either. I wonder how many of their parents care.

I once had lunch with a friend who I haven’t seen pretty much since this happened..about 25 years ago; She said her son, about 10, was out of control, and it wasn’t HER problem while he’s at school, it’s THEIR problem, and she told the principal that. This is a very well educated marketing rep for a very well known publishing house…..she didn’t care. I’ll never forget that…I was stunned. I didn’t know there were parents like that.

Bay, JMB, Oh yea, My liunch buddies quit teaching 30 years ago because of this sort of thing. They say they weren’t evwen allowed to tell the kids to shut up.

When I was in school, if I misbehaved beyond a certain point, my butt got whacked, then if my parents were informed, it got whacked again when I got home. We are So far from that. 3rd world country and the kids today think everybody is A-ok. The evil among us will eat them alive.
