CNN’s Political Editor;

How little can you know about politics before you make the dumb statement below like CNN’s Chief Political Editor did yesterday regarding Boehner’s insult to Cruz?:

“If Cruz had actually apologized for how he acted in the senate that ticked Boehner and friends off so badly, he’d have had a chance to become the Republican nominee.”

Think about that;  Does anybody think we’d have ever heard of Ted Cruz had he not made such a fuss and stuck to the Constitution so diligently?   Let me know if you think I’m wrong and he’d have had a better chance had he apologized to the Republicans.  To me, this shows how big an establishment type Boehner is…sure maybe Cruz would have pleased the GOP hardliners, but true Conservatives? (the only ones still favoring Cruz at ALL?)  I think not.ll

By the way, notice how the Leftwingers are all, so suddenly, big Boehner fans now that he slammed Cruz so terribly and used such profanity…real ‘elder statesman’ language, huh?

And, as most of you know, I met and had to listen to Boehner talk at a party a few years back;  he was totally drunk and used the “F” word many times and was totally disgusting, so when he says “I’m friends with many Democrats and Republicans,” I’m thinking he means they drink together because he sure didn’t have friends in any other aspect when he was Speaker!!

I share your disdain for Boehner. Tea Party folks GAVE him the majority and the speakership and this failed drunk, and the rest of the establishment, rolled over for obama.

The GOP establishment is angry at Cruz because he told the truth by calling McConnell a liar on the floor of the senate. Nobody has disputed the lie, and nobody has called for McConnell to apologize for lying – just for Cruz in calling him out. Funny, but if Cruz wasn’t the true believer in the constitution and his conservative principles and simply apologized and made deals with them, he’d be their boy (and we’d have another loser in the long line of losers).

Instead, we have a front-runner who can’t speak in complete sentences, insults women and the handicapped, incites violence, can’t pronounce Tanzania, and is just another NY liberal just like Hillary. *sigh* Last stand for America, oh Indiana. Do the right thing.

Once again, GMTA. My morning rant is on politicians (although it makes no comment on Boehner, for whom I have little use). Here’s the last 5 paragraphs of the rant (from a total of 16):

Just as with Jimmah or the halfrican, the Dems are once again asking us to hire an inexperienced and unqualified parody of an executive in a futile attempt to solve the unsolvable. Jimmah couldn’t do it, so we had to have a Ronnie Raygun to clean up the mess. Soetoro couldn’t do it, so now we want to give him a 3rd term? Say what? He wants to be decorated for attacking, revising, and subduing the Constitution armed only with a phone and a pen.

I don’t really see another RWR, another Great Communicator, amongst the GOP ranks, either. Trump is spectacularly naïve on Iran, Syria, Islam, terrorism, and several other major issues. But somehow he has a natural politician’s instinct when questioned on a subject of which he knows essentially nothing – he discusses it at great length and with much conviction. I also suspect he has unknown body parts concealed beneath his hair.

Kasich is hanging around being a pest, thinking that if things go off the rails in Cleveland he can carpe dipshit. I don’t believe the rumors about his being gay, but I won’t discount the possibility that he’s scored a few runs from both sides of the plate. Generally, tho, the guy just strikes me as someone with a viciously bland personality, one in whom the fire of human imagination makes only a tiny wisp of acrid smoke in his head.

Then there’s Cruz, a richly congested mind, highly intelligent and well educated, but unable to make good sense to most people he tries to deal with. He just seems to repeatedly stumble over his own intellect, mostly because of his serious charisma deficiency and overactive sleaze gland.

Let’s try something new this time: let things proceed according to plan, with one simple difference – when it’s over, the winners get to kill and eat the losers, confiscate their personal wealth, and contribute it all, including their own salaries as PotUS and VPotUS, to the national treasury while in office. That way, next time we’d find out who’s serious about it.

Boehner was lousy at best. However Cruz seems to be lying as far as not knowing him b/c he was his lawyer from what I’ve been reading and hearing.

Yesterday I was also reading about Trump’s golf course in Dubai. I’m very alarmed by this since Qatar practices slavery. And to me voting for someone who can overlook that is a big no no.

So 3rd party is likely for me. We’ll have two people who don’t mind getting money from Qatar running for office.

Cruz is the architect of his own problems. He is the one that chose to go against the party leadership, right or wrong. Cruz is the one that decided to alienate everyone he encounters. Plus, Cruz is the one that decided to wear his Christianity on his sleeve, not that there’s anything wrong with that, either. The problem is that Cruz does not intend to work with others. After all, he is reportedly smarter than everybody else, Harvard degree not withstanding.

We, as Christians, are likely to give Ted a pass on his Christianity, but some common sense is expected from Christians, too. We live in a country where we are tolerant of other religions, and a candidate for President of The United States needs to exhibit that ideal.

As I watched Cruz in an interview with Megan Kelly, Cruz was downright objectionable. Of course, Kelly was combative, but Cruz was unbearable. What can I say that I have not already said about Ted Cruz. The guy is a whiny prick and I don’t like him.

Then, there is Trump. I have never thought Trump was a very good candidate, and have always shuddered at some of his utterances. However, I believe Trump would be a better executive than either Cruz or Clinton. My favorites lost out long ago, and I will just have to deal with the remainder of the field.

The choice is clear. Trump is the one, love him or not.

-He may realize like many of us that if we let the “other cultures” redefine life in America, there will be no haven for us to escape to (Culture/Lifestyle/Healthcare/Other). That would be a total suck situation.
-He makes statements (eg. Military intervention Only as a last resort) that resonate well with Americans and adds that If we get involved it will only be because we have a solid plan for Victory. My pesonal addition to this(true or not?) is that we also abandon the BS Rules of Engagement our best have had to deal with since 2003 in savages-land
-He talks about bringing our tradicional allies back into the fold, but also making them responsible for their own defense. They can’t spend all their money on losers (socialism) and expect us to come save them all the time. This is My Perfect position btw and gutsy to put out there at this point in time.
