The other FOX!

crying foxWAIT!   So that lout Trump is already getting world leaders to apologize and suck up to him in fear he could be serious about his promises?  Could it be that the leaders who thought they had a good thing going with lax Obama and his suck-up policies are finally on their toes with us again?

THIS CRACKED ME UP!!  Maybe we DO have something going here with Trump…….(God help us)!

Think so?

Ole!

Not surprising when a presidential candidate who supports the execution of woman and children of those who oppose him is only one step away from the WH. Now show me Putin pandering to him and I may have to rethink this. Not gonna happen though because trump is Putin’s cabin boy.

  2. The one issue which seems to separate Trump from both Hillary and Bernie — and from the likes of Jeb Bush (Paraphrase: “Illegal immigration is an act of love”) — is that of illegal immigration.

    Dated May 4, 2016:

Illegal immigrant numbers skyrocket at Mexican border.

Get ready. It’s going to be bumpy ride all the way to Election Day 2016.

  3. Hey! Do you remember when, after 9/11, Fox was incensed that GWB was going to tighten border control?

  4. geeez2014 says:

Jerry, what? Trump wants women and children executed? I’m not following you. And Putin has a hold on TRUMP? Tell us how! I’d like to know, really.

AOW…You think immigration is the one issue that separates Trump and Hillary and Sanders?
I’m confused because most of what I’ve heard lately is that illegals are not coming in so much lately….

Of course Fox was incensed that Bush was tightening border control….My point of the post is that HE IS NOW SUCKING UP TO TRUMP, now that Trump is the presumptive…that perhaps he realizes that Trump MEANS what he says…..so FOX is a bit more scared of him than he’s obviously (not) been of Obama.

But seriously….what was the impression my post gave?

  5. geeez2014 says:

and by the way; this , in no way, means i’m a Trump fan……….probably just grasping for straws to despise him a tad less!?

  6. Did Vincente offer to pay for the wall?

As to Trump executing women and children, I believe Jerry is talking about Trump killing the family members of terrorists.

  7. Kid says:

fwiw I’m no Trump fan. Not by a long shot, but I wouldn’t mind some very tight border control and elimination of the huge cost of supporting even non-criminal illegals by turning off the spigots and let them self-deport. You can imagine what I think of the illegal alien murderers and rapists ICE is letting out of prison every day.

So, what is Fox going to show Trump on the other side of the fence?

  8. Mal says:

Like Z, I, too, wondered what Jerry meant by Trump advocating executing women and children but Ed covered that. Trump has said a lot of things I wish he hadn’t but I still believe he is our best hope. I pray I’m right ’cause it’s looking more and more like he will be put to the task. Jerry, relax, because I believe he won’t be like Obama by ignoring the advice of his experts but will listen to and discuss issues before deciding. That’s been his MO and the reason he is so successful.

  9. C-CS says:

mexican pres. already y apologizing …

Trump ‘ fan ‘ here–he speaks his mind– and calls as he sees it– and-

I am tired of our BEST and my $$$ going to countries who are really are our enemies– in other words- let’s stop trying to take care of the rest of the world and take care of us in the US!!!

    GO TRUMP!!

Agree with Kid — and I have no problem with collateral damage from bombing or artillery strikes if the intel was reliable. And it ain’t partic’larly hard to find worse or more dangerous places to live than many urban areas in Mexico proper (not border towns).

Places that are worse to live in than most of Mexico:

Somalia, especially Mogadishu. Completely lawless and even soulless.
Haiti, especially the worst slum in the northern hemisphere, Port-au-Prince
Afghanistan; smuggling, opium, kidnapping, and terrorism are the economy
Liberia; squalor, disease, drugs, complete absence of hygiene
Yemen; piracy, fanaticism, institutionalized child abuse, rule of the gun
Congo; corruption, civil war, hordes of orphans, witchcraft, carjacking
Rio de Janeiro; nearly the highest murder rate in the world, disease, corruption, drug cartels
Zimbabwe; failure to the nth degree, inflation rate describes a hyperbola, infrastructure collapse
You can find more if you look, such as Cairo, Aleppo, Beijing, Moscow, and so on.

Every Chicano I have ever become familiar with has been hard-working, God-fearing, family-oriented, friendly, and hospitable. I can’t say that about most Gringos, can you?

Last time I did any reading on the subject, roughly a million US-type Americans and half a million Canadians live in Mexico on either a permanent or semi-permanent basis. Most live in the “Gringo” areas, where the costs are noticeably higher, but they still get along quite well on between $30K and $50K per annum, depending upon their needs and habits. Of course some of the resort areas are downright plush, if you can afford it.

Most feel fairly safe, much safer than they would in St. Louis or D.C. or Detroit or East L.A., according to the articles I checked. Banking can be iffy, and some places don’t have reliable internet, but unless you want to live and act like a monarch, it’s not particularly spartan or dangerous . . . except for those involved in the criminal subculture.

Most of the savage and bloody deaths we read about, especially in some of the border cities, involve career criminals and people dependent upon or involved with them, often human- or drug-smuggling activities.

  11. bunkerville says:

Iran just said we can’t accompany ships through the port of hormuz. Obama said ok. We will no longer provide protection. Go back to Reagan. Iran released the hostages because they were afraid Reagan would blow them to bits.

  12. Bob says:

I just heard that Paul Ryan will not support Donald Trump. I understand the sentiment, but I also understand that Ryan is part of our loser establishment. I like Ryan, and hoped that he would have better sense than to sink the boat he is on.

    What a jerk.

  13. Silverfiddle says:

Ronald Reagan targeted Gaddafi’s entire family. Our bombing raid on Gaddafi killed his daughter.

  14. Mal says:

Good point, SF. its called “collateral damage.” It sometimes happens.
    WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD!

  15. Trump was talking retaliation killings like the Nazis did. Not collateral damage.
It was Quadafis son, and Quadafi was the primary target.

  16. Ben Carson just announced Trump would consider a Dem for Veep.
    Perfect.

  17. geeez2014 says:

I hate to say this, but I am not big on preventing collateral damage; I’ve said since 9/11, here at geeeZ many times, that “We are strapped and our soldiers are in jeopardy because WE don’t want to cause any collateral damage….when the enemy jihadists LIVE for collateral damage.. ”
Let a few terrorist families understand they’re in our crosshairs, maybe they’ll convince their male brethren to STOP IT.

C-CS! BING BING BING! You got it.;…he’s already APOLOGIZING, basically.
I can’t STAND Trump but if he can make idiot world leaders jump, I’m all for it!

Bob, and I heard Ryan “isn’t READY to support Trump”….let’s see what happens.
He’s showing the kind of class I always attributed to him….who’d be FOR TRUMP, the way he talks to people, the way he pandered today about “The Taco bowl at Trump Towers is the best taco bowl in the WORLD?” WHAT?? “I LOVE HISPANICS” ARE YOU KIDDING MEEE?
    http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/05/politics/donald-trump-taco-bowl-cinco-de-mayo/index.html
one of THE most disgusting things I HAVE EVER SEEN.

  18. geeez2014 says:

I’m kind of sick of the WHOLE THING….really sick of it.

  19. geeez2014 says:

Mal, when they’re targeted, it’s not really collateral damage.

  20. Imp says:

“Let a few terrorist families understand they’re in our crosshairs, maybe they’ll convince their male brethren to STOP IT.”

Wow…LadyHawke! It’s not collateral damage. Look at the San Bernardino mutts…their whole damn family was in on it. Less of them to produce more terrorists or to comfort and feed the animals. We never apologized to 80,000 in Dresden or Berlin or Stuttgart or Bamberg….and on and on. These mutts can always count on the mosques or their relatives covering for them….look at the mooslem ghettos in Belgium / Brussels…Paris and now Germany. Hell..they might have to be fire bombed all over again…or the mooslems will do it for them.

  21. Kid says:

    Z,
Good for you. We have collateral damage in wars where the enemy soldiers are wearing uniforms and not hiding behind civilians. Totally the opposite now. You either commit to collateral damage or just hand the enemy the keys to the city.

I disagree on Ryan. I get Trump isn’t easy to support, but he is obviously who the non-democrat voters have overwhelmingly chosen. Ryan should get behind him and support the republican Voters. That’s the real point. That he doesn’t makes me more wary of Ryan than Trump. and I don’t trust Trump to do anything useful. I hope he does if elected. I want the Voters Choice supported, If you remember from IMP’s illustration on Indiana voting. Way more people voted for Trump in 2016 than Romney. Way fewer voters voted for clinton in 2016 than they did in 2008. It’s a start.

He’s the nominee. Folks do what you want. My Plea is – This is about the supreme court, if Trump is hated or screws us in office, then lets hope we do better in 2020, or 2024, No emotion here. Just simple recognition that democrat administrations have left us with every life sucking problem in America. We know what we get with them.
From 1960: Defunded social security, welfare/wic, dept of non-education, destruction of healthcare. Absurdly expanded federal presesence and its costs. These are all things that knock on our front door everyday and there is no recovery from any of them.

We know what they bring us. At least we can put a wild card in and maybe one useful thing gets done. As stated already, locking down the border would be very useful.

And it is time America re-assert itself as not being the problem in the world. We are -(as dysfunctional and devolved as we’ve become in the last 5 decades)- Still the shining city on the hill. Proven by the fact that THEY all want to come here, not leave here.

  22. Kid says:

IMP, Exactly right, And the POS Kerry wouldn’t even apologize to Japan. Imagine that !

And Wake Me UP when there is a VISIBLE presesence of the Peaceful moslems Demanding their violent brothers stop the nonsense.

  23. Imp says:

This just in..Drone strike kills ISIS mutt and his wife / family as they were planning attacks against US troops. Am I shedding a tear?

  24. geeez2014 says:

It’s NOT collateral damage when people are hitting two buildings in NYC …it’s not collateral damage when those monsters killed the folks at that San Berdoo company….
Collateral damage is exactly that; when uniforms are worn…not in the war these monsters of islam have forced ON US.

Imp; is that right? I’m actually sorry that an American soldier didn’t get the pleasure of the hit taken by a drone!

Kid, I can’t blame Ryan….I DESPISE Trump; I don’t have to write here, over and over again, why….so I’ll skip that now. I can’t STAND the man and I believe Ryan has to hope someone we can get someone with SOME dignity and kindness and civility in that position. Ryan’s saying he’s ‘not ready to support Trump’..
I can’t blame him for trying to put that off………
Mr. “WE HAVE THE BEST TACO BOWL IN THE WORLD” Trump is a lout and a jerk. “I LOVE HISPANICS”

    oh, my GOSH.

  25. Kid says:

Z, Agree, but who is the other choice? A standard issue repubblekin who will cause massive numbers of repubs to stay home?

The situation is less than ideal.

  26. Kid says:

The repubs have to give way to the voters. If they don’t, they are toast. it’s as dire a situation for them as it is for us. What a predictamint ! 🙂

  27. geeez2014 says:

It’s a perfectly HORRID predicament….Gad,I’m starting to want to spell like you. STOP THAT 🙂 !!! HA!

Yes, the repubs have to give way to the voters……I hate to say this, but that doesn’t say much for American voters. All I can do at this point is hope and pray they’re right and Paul Ryan and I are REALLY WRONG.

  28. Kid says:

Z, I’m a millenial, you can’t expect me to be able to spell.

And I’m absolutely on this. Let the voters decide. It is our system. If the voters destroy the country so be it. What else could exist as a healthy system? Several hundred electorals decide? The military decides? a Dictatortot decides? As scary as letting voters decide in 2016, the options are much worse.

  29. My vote is my endorsement. I’m not endorsing someone I can’t believe has the best interest of our country in mind. I am yet to be convinced that Trump is 1 bit better than Hillary Clinton, Supreme Court or not. Your mileage may vary.

  30. Imp says:

@ED…here ED…a taste of Hillary for you. Now…see if you can match anyone of these to Mr. Trump.

This one is more about why we don’t want Hillary.

I think this sums it up well !

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are in a bar. Donald leans over, and with a smile on his face, says,

“The media are really tearing you apart for That Scandal.”

Hillary: “You mean my lying about Benghazi?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “You mean the massive voter fraud?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “You mean the military not getting their votes counted?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Using my secret private server with classified material to Hide my Activities?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “The NSA monitoring our phone calls, emails and everything Else?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Using the Clinton Foundation as a cover for tax evasion, hiring cronies, and taking bribes from foreign countries?
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “You mean the drones being operated in our own country without The Benefit of the law?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Giving 123 Technologies $300 Million, and right afterward it Declared Bankruptcy and was sold to the Chinese?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “You mean arming the Muslim Brotherhood and hiring them in the White House?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Whitewater, Watergate committee, Vince Foster, commodity Deals?”
    Trump: “No the other one:”

    Hillary: “The IRS targeting conservatives?”
    Trump: “No the other one:”

    Hillary: “Turning Libya into chaos?”
    Trump: “No the other one:”

Hillary: “Trashing Mubarak, one of our few Muslim friends?”
    Trump: “No the other one:”

Hillary: “Turning our backs on Israel?”
    Trump: “No the other one:”

Hillary: “The joke Iran Nuke deal? ”
    Trump: “No the other one:”

Hillary: “Leaving Iraq in chaos? ”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “The DOJ spying on the press?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “You mean HHS Secretary Sibelius shaking down health insurance Executives?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Giving our cronies in SOLYNDRA $500 MILLION DOLLARS and 3 Months Later they declared bankruptcy and then the Chinese bought it?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “The NSA monitoring citizens’ ?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “The State Department interfering with an Inspector General Investigation on departmental sexual misconduct?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Me, The IRS, Clapper and Holder all lying to Congress?”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “Threats to all of Bill’s former mistresses to keep them quiet”
    Trump: “No, the other one.”

Hillary: “You mean taking the $145,000,000.00 from Putin for the Uranium Bribe ? “
Trump : “ No the other one .”

Hillary: “I give up! …. Oh wait, I think I’ve got it! When I stole the White House furniture, silverware and China when Bill left Office?”
Trump: “THAT’S IT! I almost forgot about that one”.

*****Everything above is true. Yet she still gets the Democratic votes. Could there be that many stupid people in this country?

Does anyone understand this??? If not, I think we’re doomed!

  31. Imp says:

The mooslem gets 72 Virgins….with Hillary we get 72 Versions of the same lie.

  32. I’ve got six months.
I don’t have to endorse now.
    Hillary could die.
    Trump could die.
Trump could have a Road to Damascus moment.
But I have no praise for him now.

  33. Bob says:

Ed: You don’t have to love the guy to vote for him. Plus, you don’t even have to respect him, either. Maybe Hillary will die.

  34. Z-man says:

Trump vs. Hillary is a no-brainer but let’s not overinflate him. In a perfect world he would not be the nominee.

  35. Mal says:

I agree, Z-man, but you gotta give Trump credit for bringing to light all the wrong that’s been going on in our political system. Hopefully, some good will come from it. Despite all his faults, he doesn’t have the negative past his opponent does, and in fact, has been extremely successful when it comes to money matters, which is of the utmost importance to me because I’m a balance sheet guy and want to see the bottom line. Unfortunately, money drives everything. Who better than a guy like Trump to tackle our deficit?
