TRUMP AND COMEY

I call it TRUMP AND COMEY in my subject line on this post, but I ought to say TRUMP VERSUS COMEY because, from the little I saw this morning, Comey is pretty definitive on anything Trump (or his people) may have done wrong and doesn’t have much problem laying it out there, but on anything defensive of Trump, the info is ‘classified’…I wonder if any of you noticed that?

PLEASE, FOR THOSE OF YOU WATCHING, LET US KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS.  THIS DEFINITELY DOESN’T LOOK GOOD FOR TRUMP.

Apparently, the FBI is saying, with amazing definitiveness:   PUTIN HATES HILLARY, PUTIN WOULD SUPPORT ANYONE OVER HILLARY, PUTIN HACKED DURING THE CAMPAIGNING...etc.    How the HELL do they KNOW THAT so definitively, and can share it, but can’t share much else?

Let’s talk about this today as the hearings progress………maybe Gorsuch, later, if anything becomes newsworthy.

And THANKS TO YOU ALL for your FABULOUS comments on my immigration blog below this;  for anybody who didn’t see the comments, I highly encourage you to read them and weigh in.

have a great day…let’s get talking!

Well..It’s clear today who the real enemies of this administration and the Republic are…and it’s not the Russians. Schiff and the Kosher-Nostra led by the “Don” Chuckles Sleezer. Comey has failed and I think Trump should now demand his resignation.

  2. The investigation on any potential Russian connection is classified because it’s an ongoing investigation, and sources & methods are not going to be discussed in an open arena. Nobody on the right had a problem with Comey when he essentially served Clinton on a platter prior to the election.

Trump made unhinged and unsourced allegations, and now he’s going to have to put his big boy pants on and own his idiocy. There is one winner in all of this….Putin.

Imp…what bothered me most was the kind of ‘vibe’ beneath this whole thing…like when they asked Comey a question that would have shone badly on the Left, saying “Would Loretta Lynch have known this?” Instead of just saying “yes, she would.”, Comey added “As any AG would..” I thought that was totally superfluous and extremely telling.

CI, Comey served Clinton up? He did, then he didn’t, then he sort of did…that was an inexplicable MESS. What they were dealing with then was relevant to an election. Honestly, I remember when the first RUSSIA rumors were happening so close to the election and I thought “Wow, if this is true, then what happens? Delay the election? Pick another Republican candidate?” But, they let the whole thing happen. Now we have this…more information, and SO MUCH conjecture.

To hear Rep Denny Heck putting point after point out there that points directly and almost indisputably to TRUMP AND RUSSIA WERE WORKING TOGETHER is scary to me. I sat there realizing all of it’s not proven, but when you hear ten things and 8 are pretty compelling, that’s bad. Adam Schiff’s conjectures are almost laughable; he’s so eager to GET TRUMP….but he has a lot of points that surprised me and are, again, pretty scary.

CI…also, that “TRUMP MADE ALLEGATIONS” is NOTHING compared to the information they have.
The FBI says PUTIN HATED CLINTON, WANTED ANYBODY BUT HER TO WIN…and there’s absolute proof that Russia hacked into voter registration but nothing on VOTES…yet, anyway.

I do have to laugh when we all realize how much fraud was talked about, and even some people are admitting it now…all Democrats….during the voting process (which better be fixed or we might as well all move to Moscow)……but no hearings on that yet.

Again, for the umpteenthieth time — we’re never gonna know the truth, the whole truth, and nothin but the truth on this or any other controversy comin outta Ol’ Swampy.

What’s going on here is posturing, plain and simple. If those self-important, overstuffed, harumphing members of Congress really wanted to get to the bottom of things concerning espionage, election fraud, illegal wiretapping, and so on, they’d hold secret hearings.

This charade is nothing more than the liberals’ means of getting anti-Trump stuff written into the Congressional record. At least that’s what Schiff and Schumer are up to. The rest are there just for me-tooism purposes.

I have much better things to do than watch their antics on TV. For instance, today I took a clipper to my long-haired Australian Shepherd’s butt and raked up a pile of water-oak leaves in the back yard. Then I had a very important nap.

This afternoon I’m watching reruns of Bones.

Bocopro….no, it’s pretty big stuff, but I do agree that the open meeting isn’t needed. I suppose the Left just couldn’t stand not having the world hear how the FBI is committing a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION between the Trump campaign and Russia… that’s a bit bigger than you suggest, but better in private, in my opinion.

For the record, I’ve thought the hearings against Obama people should have been in private, too. I don’t think airing dirty laundry is at all helpful.

I agree, bocopro….then what? When Trump is impeached because it’s found he had colluded with Russia, then we “know the whole truth”? I think we need to know what’s going on.

All of that freak show is telling mostly that we have criminals running the country. CIA, NSA, FBI all work for people in the shadows or for themselves, blackmailing each other with electronic information, spying, etc… I think we have people in gov tied to drug cartels and other criminals. Maybe Trump is part of it but I think we’re looking at a war within some gangs.

The more I think about it, the more I’m getting upset. We have banksters, Goldman Sachs and the likes tanking the economy in 2008, getting bailed out and those politicians with all those shenanigans. In the meantime, I’m seeing poverty here, people in shacks (talk about white privilege!!) No wonder Bernie Sanders can sell socialism to the masses. This is what will end up happening: a commie will convince everybody and things will go further down the sewer. Depressing.

FBI’s Comey Doesn’t Deny the FBI Is Wiretapping Trump: ‘I just can’t talk about anything that relates to the FISA process in an open setting’

The FBI is leaving open the possibility it sought — and perhaps attained — a wiretap of Donald Trump’s communications.

When addressing the controversy over whether the Trump Tower was wiretapped during the Obama Administration, the FBI director, James Comey, tread carefully, acknowledging there is an investigation into Donald Trump’s campaign’s communications with Russia, but said there is “no evidence” to support Trump’s tweets exactly as written.

Comey notably left open the possibility that it had, or still is, monitoring Trump communications.

When asked whether the FBI sought a FISA court warrant to wiretap Trump’s team, Comey simply said he cannot comment on anything FISA related.

Here’s an excerpt from Comey’s question and answer session with Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.):…

AOW, I think we could be reading too much into Comey’s remark…but I wonder why he couldn’t just say they’re not wiretapping Trump NOW. I don’t know what he’s allowed to say and what he isn’t on these cases.

I still stand by the fact that Obama didn’t need a judge to issue a wiretapping approval before he did it. I still think that, in regard to what he did to James Rosen and his family, and what he did to Conservatives thru the IRS, etc., there’s nothing Obama wouldn’t do, legally or not.
