Yes, HUMANE RIGHTS…. I’d not say HUMAN RIGHTS because, these days, that seems to mean EVERY RIGHT, and I don’t believe that.

The reply to immigrants rights is comparable to what I told my youngest daughter when she was 15 and asked about HER rights. I told her she didn’t have any and had to earn her rights because she is taking from society, not producing, and only has the right to a home, food, a clean bed, and an education. She had to earn it. The same applies to aliens. Come in the way our forefathers all did and earn it.

This whole immigration kerfuffle can be ironed out pretty quickly. Just don’t let anybody come into the country. If they do just slam them into jail and wait for the immigrant’s home country to pay a ransom for their return. It works for Iran and North Korea, and you don’t see people lining up to go into those countries.
My humane solution for the Hispanic people here illegally is to let the children born here stay here if their parents can find someone to take them, like an aunt, uncle, or cousin. We will not be accused of splitting up families because we won’t force the parents to take their kids with them. Problem solved.
The wall is non-negotiable. In itself it is a stimulus project. Think of all the illegal aliens that will be put to work pouring concrete, digging holes, or any of the dozens of jobs that will need to be done. Plus, the drug dealers will have a ready made market without crossing the border by selling their goods to the wall workers. Pot breaks will be in all the labor contracts.
I don’t think we are planning this thing the right way. If we are going to go the trouble of building a wall for the ages, we need to leverage that into creating money making tourist destinations. How about integrating some seriously high roller-coaster rides into the wall construction. In some of those border places there is some great scenery.
While we are at it lets build a parkway across the USA along the southern border. Call it Freedom Parkway, and use it as a road between theme parks across the southern border. Maybe we ought to get Disney in on this thing.

At one time during obama’s unbelievably corrupt terms in office, IBM offered him at no charge hardware and software that would eliminate the 50% fraud in medicare, barry wasn’t interested. I saw a vid today where DJ Trump was seated next to the IBM CEO and was talking about replaceing all the government computers since maintaining the current ones was so expensive. I wonder if IBM talked to Trump about the fraud thing in the process.

I can’t think of a single reason why we would want immigrants who we know up front will be a drain on taxpayers because they have no skills to leverage, don’t speak the language, and have no interest in acquring same. I know of no country who would accept such people on a permanent basis.

But I think it’s a lot of Conservatives ticked off at the Iran nuke deal still in effect, bombing Syria, no healthcare bill, etc. I think those Cons are UNrealistic because who can do ANYTHING as huge as those in 100 DAYS?

Z, the immigration thing is no short term fix. Going to take a while, but significant improvements have been made. PRO: Far fewer are coming across the border feeling it’s going to be a waste of time. CON: ICE Agents say each of hem currently have been assigned 10,000 + cases. They probabably couldn’t clear their task list in their lifetime. We need many more agents. Barry really screwed things up so bad it’s even hard to verbalize.
BUT – We have fewer people coming across and we are sending many more back that barry did. and they are concentrating on criminals. Net positive. (If we are being righteously informed)
