Terror has struck in the West again….as you all know. I know I speak for all of us when we say our hearts and prayers are with everyone involved, particularly the poor families who’ve been shocked to have lost loved ones.
How many of these must happen before government leaders finally realize there’s a theme; There are extremely few Norwegian terrorists, let’s face it.
SO, I ask for PRAYERS for the families and for the WEST:
Please, Western leaders, we ask that you wake up, we ask that Mr. Trump’s travel ban does go into effect in our country and others, and that the EU stops their silly “No passports between EU countries necessary,” something that few mention but has made a considerable problem even worse for Western countries. We ask that you stop your stupid political correctness toward muslims and ask yourselves why muslims aren’t speaking out and protesting the evil within them, we ask that those muslims who do not condone violence to anyone start speaking out, big time.
We were all raised in a world where we felt safe in our homes, we recognized true evil when we saw it and took action, we felt our leaders were on our side and would protect us against such clear threats. We didn’t know the term “politically correct” and we pray that term fades away in the future because it simply won’t apply. We pray for our children, some of whom will never feel completely safe or trusting.

My daily rant:
Modern terrorism as we know it began in what is falsely called Palestine. A group of people calling themselves Palestinians, but really nothing more than Arabs from Egypt and other nearby countries, invented it, perfected it, and exported it in their tantrum against the establishment of a Jewish state in a region from which Hebrews had been evicted many times over millennia.
Some time back I researched the history of Palestine. If I remember correctly, in the area now known as Israel, fewer than a million Muslim Arabs lived there before WWII. Except for Jerusalem, the region was basically a thinly populated wasteland.
Whether the establishment of a Jewish state in the center of several Muslim nations was a good idea or not isn’t the point. It wasn’t; but it’s a fait accompli which the world must deal with. Tens of millions of Muslims strongly disapproved of large numbers of European Jews subsidized by American money being plopped down in their midst. Hence the outrage.
Now, until that tantrum, that lunacy, that hatred is eliminated, terrorism will continue to exist and prosper in the Middle East. And until acts of mayhem and murder by terrorists are no longer sensationalized by the western media, the global popularity of jihad against the Great Satan and his minions will remain high.
Terrorism is the AIDS, the cancer, the plague of politics. It is dismal, viral, brutal, lethal, and global. It cannot be analyzed in any light other than national and cultural survival. It has no relationship with anything other than a corrupt perspective of an outdated cult whose goal is not a better world for everyone but an insect-like hive of mindless drones for the entire planet, their butts in the air, howling at their moon god.
There is no such thing as neutrality where terrorism is concerned. Those who ignore terrorism and especially those who support or enable it, whether through belief or ignorance, are terrorists by default. Most Muslims are not interested in cutting off the heads of infidels, raping young girls, stoning women for refusing to wear shrouds, but they are very slow to condemn the radical Muslims who do it for them and in their name.
We in the West are vulnerable to a wide variety of attacks, not just bombings. It’s only a matter of time until terrorists develop chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons which can decimate large populations and destroy entire cities.
There is no negotiating with terrorists. Democracy is not a cure or even a viable weapon against terrorism. And for those who believe that responding to terror with force only spawns more terrorists, how has appeasing them worked out so far?
Political correctness and understanding are just gasoline on the fire, since the only thing radicals understand and fear is strength. They take negotiation and “understanding” as weakness and an invitation to conquest.
Limiting or suspending our civil and human rights to protect ourselves against suicidal lunatics who should never have been allowed in the country in the first place simply means that the terrorists have won. Don’t believe that? Just take a moment and check with Britain or Germany.
Only eradication of the source will work, and mosques are unquestionably the incubators of radicalism. Since the “moderate” Muslims obviously have no interest in reforming Islam to disempower the radicals, the entire contaminated system must be eliminated.
Islam is totally incompatible with American tradition, American values, American law, and American freedom. The name itself means “submission.” Muslims will never assimilate into the American culture, and they will forever consider Christians unclean infidels, no matter what they might say in public on the issue. Taqiya allows them to lie, cheat, or even deny their own faith to avoid persecution and ultimately overcome the infidel.
Islam is a cancer which can either remain benign while growing in size or metastasize rapidly to overwhelm the body’s ability to resist and recuperate. It MUST be excised, quickly and completely, if the United States is to survive as a nation with continued technological growth and individual freedom.
Islam = stagnation . . . and submission . . . and death.

I too, hope that the travel ban can be enacted…..but unfortunately, it’s not enough. A decent first step, but we need to do much more with regards to immigration and entry visas. Sadly, the events we see in places such as London, will only serve to empower the sheep among us, to usher in a police state, and symbolically defecate on the Constitution. Then, some years in the future, when civil liberties are but a quaint memory…those same sheep will wonder how we got here.

I suppose we all fear bio or chemical attacks the most, but we don’t hear much about them….it’s coming. God forbid.
CI, “not enough”..what do you propose? You do know that it isn’t enough but there are more people who feel it is far too much, unkind, xenophobic, etc. They’ve won when Americans are more inclined to be kind to the enemy than to our own people, which is exactly what’s happening and they won’t recognize it till it’s too late.
If we can finally enact this ban and take other steps, we hopefully can avoid anything like a police state.

We have the Constitutional power to halt immigration. Full stop. That should be our ‘travel ban’, pending an overhaul of our entrance process and a complete gutting of “Thousands Standing Around [TSA], and reconstitution of a screening process based the Israeli model. Work to have Constitutional Carry pass in all 50 states and the territories, and add State grants to the Federal budget, to fund free firearm safety and defensive pistol marksmanship training to all adult, law abiding citizens who wish to carry.
Above all, stop the goddamn fear mongering over a hazard that pales in comparison to nearly any other hazard that kills American citizens. Britain is a virtual police state with no civil liberties, and they can’t seem to stop these events. Ripping up our Constitution will not bring us safety.

I pray for the travel ban to be acceptable to the law and sanctioned by the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
By all means, we must pray along those lines.
But from what I’m observing right now, I must predict that the travel ban will be shot down by every court — maybe even the SCOTUS.
America as a whole is convinced that Muslims here “are different.” A comforting thought.
But think about it for a moment.
Across the Pond, the timeline of Islamic terrorism is ahead of ours.
For one thing, the percentage of Muslims there is much higher.
In the UK, we have seen these attacks on since 7/7/2005: the near beheading of Fusilier Lee Rigby in South London on May 22, 2013; vehicular jihad and at least one stabbing on Westminster Bridge March 22, 2017; the Manchester bombings on May 22, 2017; and the London Bridge/Borough Market jihad attacks on June 3, 2017.
If these murderous Moslems are being radicalized via the Internet, we had better remember that America has the Internet, too.
Furthermore, we have Wahhabist imams here, too — just as all of Eurabia has as well.

A travel ban now is closing the proverbial barn door after the horse left, but it still makes sense. What lies ahead is what was predicted at the onset of the worldwide Muslim relocation…..attack after attack after attack. Its too late. Our only hope is through strength and reeducation. Strength, to weaken and kill them (the only thing they understand) and reeducating them to counter their beliefs. I simply don’t see any other possibility.

Once again, we’ll never do what is needed, mostly because we can’t. Especially when you have half teh country sharing crocodile tears with upchuck shumer over the ‘poor moslems’ who want to come here and live off our tax money.
So we’re screwed. I will be prepared to defend and will stay away from gun free zones where large groups of people are. That’s pretty easy for me actually, because I haven’t had any interest in those types of events for along time anyway. I haven’t even stepped into a mall in over 20 years.

While it won’t completely solve our problems, Trump’s temporary travel restrictions will, at least, show that we are aware of the threats posed by these vermin and are willing to take measures to quell such. If SCOTUS refuses to support this I’m afraid that we have failed to “learn” anything!

Yet I fully praise and want the exact same ting. I’ve been saying for 16 years since 911,we’re still being way too patient waiting for a Million Mooslem March on DC with American flags waving and them singing then national anthem. I agree with CI – it seems to empower the sheep. Read Bat Ye’or’s Eurabia, The Euro-Arab Axis. She writes in painstakingly researched detail on how Europe is being transformed into Eurabia, as Daniel Pipes puts it, something that “has blossomed from a minor discussion group into the engine for the continent’s Islamization.” We’re way beyond what cutting back immigration would do. This is deeply embedded into Europe’s political and academic structure.
And bocopro +1. What brought so many ‘Palestinians’ into the formerly empty-ish region was the influx of Jewish settlers. I had a friend whose ancestors fled progroms in 19th century Russia to settle a farm in ‘Palestine’ — and they hired locals. Many Arabs immigrated there for work, and the ‘Palestinian’ population grew. By the late 20th century you could be counted as a ‘Palestinian’ if you had a little as 18 months in country! Most of these were from Yugoslavia and environs, coming for jobs in Israel.

Imp — ya kinda lost me there. Yes, it was residual British colonial arrogance that carved out not only Israel, but the purely arbitrary boundaries of Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. (Much oversimplified, of course, but a 100-year history of the region would take pages.)
In my humble opinion, the Balfour Declaration’s ambiguity and foreshadowing of the “white guilt” we’re experiencing in the US today is what led to the interminable, mortal, and some say inevitable conflict in the region. Nobody wanted the Jews, even back in 1917/8:
“His Majesty’s Government view with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavors to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.”
Part of the problem is, of course, that no legitimate state known as “Palestine” existed, merely a region sorta unilaterally managed by Britain, known as the Mandate of Palestine. It was originally (prior to British involvement) part of Syria (Ottoman Empire stuff). Farther back in history it had been settled by Greeks, many from Crete, who were known as the Philistines.
Philistines were from the very beginning crude, ignorant, uncivilized barbarians according to the Bible and most Western literature. The Torah (and especially Samuel) refers to them repeatedly as “pelishtim,” which becomes everything from “philistia” to “phyle histia” to “philistinus” in various Mediterranean languages and records.
Naturally from the Arab (Muslim) side there are other interpretations, one of which is that they originated in Egypt and were the tribe which befriended Abraham. I’m gonna go with the barbarian version and the fact that Israel is a named state while Palestine is not in ancient texts.

He finally has and says Trump’s view of Islam is “ignorant” and could make for MORE problems…
IF OUR LEFTWING MEDIA WASN’T QUITE AS WITHERINGLY INSULTING TO THIS PRESIDENT, I DON’T BELIEVE THE WORLD’S LEADERS WOULD BE QUITE AS EAGER OR WILLING TO BE THE SAME.

I won’t answer for CI, but let me put my two cents in. The Totality of American history with regards to problems of violence has resulted in the government restricting rights, which in turn only restricts the rights of law abiding people since the ohters don’t give a rats tail. Case in point S. Chicago probably has the most strict gun laws. I would challenge anyone to show me where restricting rights has created a more non-violent environment.

And even if it wasn’t for the moslem vermin, people still need guns to protect themself from the rest of the vermin who even kill more people. Perverts, rapists, killers, etc. Kick boxing lessons will get you nowhere. This is why the Constitution allows us to own and carry guns. You have vermin doing home invasions now when they don’t know if someone is armed or not, what do you think will happen if they think everyone is disarmed? Massive abuse of law abiding people.

Germany’s been on my mind lately….it has at least as many muslims as England and I don’t remember a terror attack there…at least not like England’s. I worry they’re next and it’ll be BAD. Their cops don’t have guns, either…neither do people other than hunters, and that takes a heck of a deal to get a hunting license. Farmers have them, too.

Once again the terrorists could never win. Hitler couldn’t win. Stalin couldn’t win, No armada can win against a determined people. Hitler couldn’t even win against England, that tiny island in comparrison.
The terrorists are misdirection while the nice moslems breed you out, elect moslem politicians who eventually morph your culture to sharia law. How many things did obama do, totally against the Constitution, totally unchallenged. It could happen in a heartbeat one day. I won’t be alive to see it, but we, like the greatest generations of WWI, WWII, and the wars in the ME, who may really be the greatest generations fought to save the American way of live for yours and my grandchildren. The task is now upon US to do the same for our ancestors. And I believe we are screwing up in unimaginable ways.

Au contraire…he had them strangled and dangling off the cliff of Dover where they were all ready to dive off of. If they had gone it alone. If it had’t been for the fact that we transformed it into an aircraft carrier they would have fallen like France and most of Europe did. One or two more Bismarks or GrafSprees would have done in their navy for sure.
