William Booth“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.”

I believe in Christianity as I believe the sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. C. S. Lewis
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Copyright & Fair Use Statement I hereby assert that the purpose of this blog is educational/informative in matters of politics and faith. There is no commercial purpose to this blog. There is no revenue generated from any material posted here. I am not in competition with any news source, including any other on-line journal, and I have no interest in interfering with any person’s ability to earn an income as an author, journalist, photographer, or artist. This website contains some quotations and excerpts from copyrighted material. These uses fall well within the copyright doctrine of “Fair Use.” Section 107 of the United States Code, Title 17, specifies the conditions under which, “the fair use of a copyrighted work . . . for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching . . ., scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” It provides four considerations for determining fair use: (1) The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes, (2) The nature of the copyrighted work, (3) The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole, and (4) The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work. The use on this website of other material involves “criticism, comment, news reporting, scholarship or research” (a) The “purpose and character” of the website is not “commercial.” (b) The overwhelming majority of the material is the author’s own research and work. It is in no way a mere collection of others’ copyrighted works, nor is any material competitive with those sources. (2) The “nature of the copyrighted work” quoted is often “news” or “faith,” categories given lesser protection in fair use cases than works of fiction. (3) Most uses involve excerpts rather than entire works. Because the adverse financial impact on copyright owners is central to the purpose of copyright law, and the analysis of alleged violations, it’s relevant to note that, under factor (4), (a) no one in search of the quoted material would substitute this blog or book for the original source, (b) it is highly unlikely this website (or any material created from it) will ever have more than a de minimis impact on any of the copyright works’ potential market, and (c) to the extent it might do so, it would be far more likely be a positive, rather than a negative, impact (by drawing attention to the work, crediting it, and providing a source where it may be found). Finally, to the extent any copyright owner may wish, consideration will be given to all reasonable requests that copyright material be removed from this website. I will always endeavor to provide proper attribution to the source of another person’s work if I know it. If I do not know the source of incorporated work, I will state “source unknown.” I will happily credit any previously unknown source if their identity is made known to me in “blog comments.” -GeeeZ
I’ve heard all these things.
It does not paint a pretty picture.
It reminds me of Jack Ruby.
As you are aware, many people believe he was murdered because of Clinton association.
The involvement of Alex Jones et al, detracts from the credibility of the story, though. Unfortunately.

Let’s do some analysis here. An individual associated with the Clintons who is shot in the back in the middle of the night. Clear case of suicide if you ask me.

I was just thinking that if any true Moslem could hear all the filthy, vile, horrible things that Hillary Clinton says about Allah and Mohammed, she’d be skewered in a matter of a week. Why the Islamists put up with this, I’ll never know.

Z, Yes you did.
Jack Ruby was killed by the LBJ machine.
Seth Rich was murdered by the DNC machine. Odd they did such a bad job.
Don’t know if it’s true, but saw a blurb that Rich’s murder was ‘investigated’ by blabbermouth-putz’s brother.
We should all write to the new FBI director and implore him to investigate. Add in the guy from Haiti who was in Miami to testify against the clnton foundation. Then there was another dude between Rich and the Haiti guy that I can’t remember for the life of me what his connection to the clinton’s was but I think he was going to testify about something also.
Dude don’t look suicidal to me.

@ Kid …
From that article, “During and after his government tenure, Eberwein faced allegations of fraud and corruption on how the agency he headed administered funds. Among the issues was FAES’ oversight of shoddy construction of several schools built after Haiti’s devastating Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake.” So, now I’m doing the New Jersey bookie thing … trying to figure out what are the chances Eberwein was in some way connected to the Clinton Global Initiative. Nah … that could never happen.

I think it’s interesting that his folks want this story to rest but admit, on tape I’ve heard, that this doesn’t sound like a robbery. I can’t imagine they’d put their politics over the death of their won if they’re libs, like he was, and just don’t want the truth to reflect on the party.
TOTALLY OFF TOPIC: THIS story REALLY got to me; I think it’s pathetic and so emblematic of the whole Trump persona so far:

Z – The refuted statement about the BSA speech is just another example of Trumps narcissistic need to be seen as the “best”.
On the upside though, he has thrown his support behind the Cotton-Perdue immigration bill. Something we’ve sorely needed for a long time.

OUR BUDDY MAL GOT YET ANOTHER PIECE HE WROTE IN THE LAS VEGAS PAPER….BRAVO, MAL!
Both parties in Washington are finding they are unable to come up with a viable health insurance plan because having health insurance itself is the problem. Before former President Johnson’s “Great Society” plan that started Medicare and Medicaid, we had little problem paying for health care. Its was after these programs and others were introduced that costs began their upward spiral. Prior to that time, a lot of folks didn’t have health insurance because most employers didn’t offer it. It really wasn’t needed.
Case in point….from May, 1955 to Jan. 1962 we had 4 children and no insurance, but had no problem covering expenses. The hospital was $35 per day, the OBGYN was $250 for the entire 9 months including delivery, and the anesthesiologist was $80, and all took payments without interest. To put things in perspective, during this period I earned $500 per month, we were able to buy a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in L.A. using my VA for $12,950 with $92 per month payments, including taxes and insurance. A new car was around $3,000. Health care was still affordable. If a real medical disaster happened, family and friends all chipped in. Also the church. Besides, don’t we still see that today on T.V. where an account has been opened at a local bank to help pay for expenses for some needy person?
So why are costs so high now? Think about it. Who is paying for the billions of dollars it costs to run all these insurance companies and their billions in profits? Also Medicare and Medicaid which are government jobs with pensions and benefits, etc. These are huge costs that must be considered because they are being ripped off BIG TIME by over-paying for services and equipment and we are paying for it all.
Until these facts are realized and addressed, I’m afraid things will only get worse.

Good Stuff MAL. Right on target. In 68 I had a severly broken left leg. 45 days in hospital, 2 surgeries, 250 shots of morphine and all the other stuff associated with being in hospital.
Total cost 1,800. Heck the nurses were even good looking !

Yup, that boy was murdered. No robbery. Gads, ghosts of Ron Brown’s stewardess: did fine with minor injuries until airlifted out by a wet team many hours later with a fresh and fatal gash across her femoral artery.

oh, my!! CNN seems to feel that it’s “a wink to Trump’s base” to limit legal immigrants and to accept only those who already speak English.
Wait! Does that mean WE ARE RACISTS, FOLKS? 🙂 CRACKED me up.
The jerk, Acosta, is whining about being Cuban and how his father came here and didn’t speak English…and then the brilliant man says “For years, people have come from IRELAND, Germany, and other countries where English isn’t necessarily spoken”
MAN, he must only meet Irish people with REALLY thick accents….don’t tell him but they DO SPEAK ENGLISH 🙂
Right, Baysider; Ron Brown’s situation is exactly this, isn’t it… MANY details STANK.
Kid, nurses aren’t good looking anymore!? :-)))

Thanks, Kid. “Nurses were even good looking”, yeah, and in shape. In 2001, I had open heart surgery to replace my Aortic Valve with a pig valve (and now Miss Piggy looks good to me!) and all the nurses except one on our floor were over weight. FAT! Now, you’t think they would know better, huh? And 3 days later after I went home, they sent a nurse around to check on me, and she was SO FAT, SHE ACTUALLY WADDLED! I felt like I had to get up to help HER walk! Is being over weight a prerequisite to becoming an R.N?
