https://tunnel2towers.org/The chief danger that confronts the coming century will be religion without the Holy Ghost,
Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration,
politics without God, heaven without hell.
William Booth“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.”
― William SaroyanThe inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of the blessings. The inherent blessing of socialism is the equal sharing of misery. -- Winston Churchill
Ignorance is not an opinion, liberals
I believe in Christianity as I believe the sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. C. S. Lewis
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Copyright & Fair Use Statement I hereby assert that the purpose of this blog is educational/informative in matters of politics and faith. There is no commercial purpose to this blog. There is no revenue generated from any material posted here. I am not in competition with any news source, including any other on-line journal, and I have no interest in interfering with any person’s ability to earn an income as an author, journalist, photographer, or artist. This website contains some quotations and excerpts from copyrighted material. These uses fall well within the copyright doctrine of “Fair Use.” Section 107 of the United States Code, Title 17, specifies the conditions under which, “the fair use of a copyrighted work . . . for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching . . ., scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” It provides four considerations for determining fair use: (1) The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes, (2) The nature of the copyrighted work, (3) The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole, and (4) The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work. The use on this website of other material involves “criticism, comment, news reporting, scholarship or research” (a) The “purpose and character” of the website is not “commercial.” (b) The overwhelming majority of the material is the author’s own research and work. It is in no way a mere collection of others’ copyrighted works, nor is any material competitive with those sources. (2) The “nature of the copyrighted work” quoted is often “news” or “faith,” categories given lesser protection in fair use cases than works of fiction. (3) Most uses involve excerpts rather than entire works. Because the adverse financial impact on copyright owners is central to the purpose of copyright law, and the analysis of alleged violations, it’s relevant to note that, under factor (4), (a) no one in search of the quoted material would substitute this blog or book for the original source, (b) it is highly unlikely this website (or any material created from it) will ever have more than a de minimis impact on any of the copyright works’ potential market, and (c) to the extent it might do so, it would be far more likely be a positive, rather than a negative, impact (by drawing attention to the work, crediting it, and providing a source where it may be found). Finally, to the extent any copyright owner may wish, consideration will be given to all reasonable requests that copyright material be removed from this website. I will always endeavor to provide proper attribution to the source of another person’s work if I know it. If I do not know the source of incorporated work, I will state “source unknown.” I will happily credit any previously unknown source if their identity is made known to me in “blog comments.” -GeeeZ
Wasn’t she a “panelist” and not simply an attendee?

Who paid her 20K to attend? As they say, follow the money.

FJ…yes, sorry I wrote attendee…..I’ll change that, it’s probably an important distinction, though it sounds like the WaPo SUPPOSEDLY doesn’t like their writers to even BE at anything that can show bias .. Which is rubbish, of course, there are stories to be obtained there IF the journalist is unbiased enough to tell truths.
Bunkerville, absolutely! As if Soros can’t afford it, right?!

“PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT”. We need to fully explain to them exactly what that means and how dangerous it is to a free democratic society. The irony is the libs call themselves Democrats when the reality is their policies are the extreme opposite of a democracy. Why do they want to change what our founding fathers came here to do in the first place and make us what they were escaping from? More needs to be done to identify exactly the dangerous agenda they continue to push. I still believe they are good people wanting to help our country, but are just naive.

Mal, except for your very last sentence, I’m totally in agreement with you and like how you put it. As for their being good people who want to help our country, I’d say they’re people who want to change our country into something so unrecognizable and ordinary that we won’t BE the great America again; sure, they think they’re being so “NICE” with their goal of universal healthcare, so “NICE” letting illegals come in and paying for them, so “NICE” allowing the UN to dictate to US, so “NICE” to make kids think our world’s going to be under water from warming soon, so “NICE” to champion anything LGBT…etc etc.
That’s not helping a country…that’s sabotage.
Last night I was with about 15 people younger than I; was invited to a “Friendsgiving” party which was actually very nice… Suddenly, I’m talking to a young woman who mentions how parents hire hit men in Brazil to kill their children who are homosexual! (Imagine?) …She went on to say how America’s slipping down that slope, too. I was quiet for a moment, as my mind took in that she was obviously a lesbian and an activist from how she spoke…and finally I looked at her pointedly and said “No it is NOT…what’s your proof of THAT?” (fearing this was going to bring up the dreaded Trump name at any party!)…she said “Oh, in the South they are going after gays BIG time…” describing some things that have happened .. I said “I have NEVER heard any of that, but it’s WRONG and we live in a country who’ll work to CHANGE that kind of behavior.”
Surprisingly, she kind of piped down with the activism and said “you’re probably right’
(Say HALLELUJAH!.. no Trump argument, no politics on Thanksgiving!) HA!!

SO SAD…just talked to a nurse at my doc’s office…she’s on a strict budget, has kids, etc.,….spent much of Thanksgiving day buying Christmas presents on sale, went to a friend’s house and came out an hour later only to find her car stolen and all the gifts gone, too. She says she has no insurance for the presents……….she’s on such a budget she may not have insurance to replace the car, either, she may only have collision.
Anyway, this isn’t about talking insurance! This is about praying for her…what a disaster!

Kamala Harris – so the puppeteers are pushing yet another unqualified black leftist into the spotlight. (:
That fact that an official, highly funded leftist ‘mainstream’ organization exists for the sole purpose of overthrowing the constitution and our heritage is THE STORY. If the NYT were an actual NEWSpaper instead of Pravda West there would be a year’s worth of headlines and juicy investigations rolling out.

Baysider, she is THE WORST. I’ve been humiliated by Feinstein…I’ve been HORRIFIED at that awful Pelosi, but I believe Harris would trump (pardon the expression!) them all for TERRIBLE.
I call our media PRAVDA all the time…you are SO RIGHT

Mal, I get you…and I wish I still looked on them as “good people” becaUSe I know they think they’re ‘gooder’ than we are, since we “are racists, hate the poor and old, don’t want clean air or water…..!” 😉
Ed. SSM. Exactly

Perhaps I’M the one that is naive, Z, ’cause I try to give the benefit of the doubt to people I disagree with. My glass is half full, not half empty?
