According to the homepage, it’s non-partisan and independent with a variety of input from all angles of the political spectrum with no overt attempt to persuade or interpret for the reader.
It also says that it doesn’t rely on ‘bots, filters, or algorithms to edit material in or out.
Kinda like what the daily hometown fishwrappers were back in 19-forgotten.

Ya, I think this is going to be excellent if enough people keep it going….The Editor in Chief has a lot of experience, is on TV news from time to time…I’m eager for this to get going because I find One America News so unappealing and dull….and not enough information. This is extremely easy to navigate and headlines hit you as interesting.

Z,I sure like a Big Mac and a Filet of Fish form time to time, but too much McD food is pretty bad for you. There was some documentary or something called Super Size Me, where a guy ate McDonalds every day for a year, and if they asked if he wanted super sized he had to say yes. He had problems developing with major organs near the end of the thing. If all that was true.

Z, so, the dems are down to ‘mentally incapacitated’ Right, shoots 73 at golf, has a tireless work ethic at 70. Meanwhile obama shoots 37 at bowling, can’t get a baseball halfway to the plate, strains while hoisting 3 lb weights in some hotel gym that a guy got on cell phone vid…. I’ll just stop here.
So, what are they going to come up with next? NOTHING has stuck so far.

Kid, we all know how bad McDo’s is for us, but that wouldn’t stop me from wishing I could eat a filet of fish or quarter pounder and fries in bed every night…that’s what Trump’s daughter supposedly told someone, that her dad wished he could and I’m completely with him on that.
Ya, he plays good golf….too bad there are so many tweets from him during Obama’s presidency slamming Obama for playing so much golf when Trump’s way ahead. This stuff just doesn’t read well……
No, nothing’s stuck………..let’s keep hoping nothing does.

And in Trump’s case, most golf outings are business meetings. More deals are made on golf courses than anywhere else.

My grandmother, who called golfers a bunch of well-dressed young men out tearing up other people’s lawns, told me that one tends to meet a better quality of associates on a golf course than in a pool hall . . . or a football field . . . or a courtroom.
She said that except for the occasional bad manners, the periodic bad language, and the routinely bad arithmetic, the time spent with other fellows in a natural setting tends to produce better long-term friendships and permanent mutual respect than anything other than living in a crowded house with only one bathroom.
She also liked to quote Mark Twain and Will Rogers whenever the opportunity arose . . . as you can probably tell. And she told me that every hour spent fishing or hunting is not counted against my limits where the Grim Reaper is concerned.

Yeah, Trump plays a lot of golf too, Z, but AFTER accomplishing a full, days work. BIG difference from his predecessor. We also don’t see the Trump family taking advantage of very expensive trips abroad with literally dozens of their friends like the O’s did. The contrasting difference is so obvious but never pointed out by the left.

I’ll bet some of you think that’s a great idea, right?
When you slam someone for playing so much golf, then play more yourself, it doesn’t look smart…….both presidents played with politicians doing business…….not just Trump. Oy.

The web site is OK. They are kind of following The Drudge Report’s layout and methodology. They don’t seem to be generating news on their own, but publishing links to other news pubs. That’s OK. It is a good page to go to every morning for news.
