REPLACE SAUDI LEADER? and CENTRAL AMERICAN INVASION…

QUESTION FOR YOU ALL:   HOW DOES RAND PAUL THINK IT SOUNDS WHEN HE SAYS THE LEADER OF SAUDI ARABIA HAS TO BE REPLACED?

IS IT OUR JOB TO REPLACE PEOPLE LIKE THAT?  CURIOUS TO GET YOUR INPUT..

ALSO;  WHO IS FEEDING AND WATERING 7,000 PEOPLE?  IT WAS REPORTED THAT THEY HAVE BUSES BRING THEM UP, THEN LET THEM OFF NEARING THE BORDER SO THE NUMBERS LOOK MORE THREATENING….TO US.    WHAT THE…?  WHERE THE HELL DO THESE PEOPLE GET OFF?  OUR RIDICULOUS LAWS ARE ENCOURAGING THEM!

THOUGHTS?

Last count 14,000. Yep. this is an organized invasion. We need to do whatever we need to do to stop them. The president has the last word on immigration. He can use the military to close the border.

Mitch McChuckles needs to go to the 51 majority vote for new immigration laws and the repubs need to fix them poste haste. No democrat will vote yea, because illegals are their new voter base.

The democrats would go to 51 votes on everything in a nano-second if they ever get a Senate majority again.

Well, one thing that Rand has going for him is that he isn’t a lawyer. But with that said, even an ophthalmologist should have enough common sense to avoid rushing to judgment until all the fact are in. He’s right about the decadence of the Saudi kingdom, but if Rand thinks that the king ought to be replaced, then he’s saying that what we need in the Middle East just now is an armed revolution. THAT would play into the hands of the Iranians. One final point: does Rand Paul really think that we can hold the Saudis to a Judeo-Christian standard? HA HA HA … what a dunce.

Amazing, isn’t it? If you desperately need a cop, go to a local donut shop. If you urgently need a politician, break out a microphone—they’re unable to resist.

Regarding the border invaders, what is your guess about how this will shake out? I’m thinking they’ll place a few pregnant women in front to avoid any gunfire … which is what the Moslems do all the time. Same cut of cheese, eh?

I don’t think it’s our business to tell Saudi Arabia who their leader should be. Ever. Am I wrong? I’d like to hear…..

Kid, I have never heard that number…it went from 4,000 to 7,000 this weekend……but you’re probably right. If it isn’t that now, it will be…and more. It’s ASTONISHING to me that ALL AMERICANS aren’t up at arms about this…imagine THIS happening 20 years ago, without the huge liberal “be NICE to everybody!” BS they push here to our jeopardy?

Mal, I think Mexico is helping but that’s a LOT of people to feed and water. Another fascinating point is this:

IN EUROPE’S INVASION AND THIS ONE FROM CENTRAL AMERICA, THERE ARE VERY, VERY FEW WOMEN. THE TV CAMERAS ZONE IN ON WOMEN AND CHILDREN BUT THEY’RE ONLY A VERY SMALL NUMBER…..VERY INTERESTING.

I’ll never forget hearing many women who want to come are seeking asylum because of domestic violence. Stuns me that that could work to get them on our payrolls forever 😦 I KNOW Central Americans who work hard here and might be the sweetest people I’ve encountered, but the fact that they have SCREWED us by coming in illegally means they’re laughing at us and that’s just plain WRONG. COME IN LEGALLY. I’m first and second generation..WE DID it….with NO ENGLISH.

I think Mr. Trump has stopped complimenting Mexico on how they’re helping us…that’s for sure….what a difference a weekend makes!

Mustang; I think Trump’s promise of MILITARY stepping in at the border is playing into the Dems and their hopes for the Midterms…THAT would look bad to EVERYBODY BUT HIS BASE. Not a good thing, in my opinion…..unless it stays totally peaceful, which I doubt.

One other note is that the detention facilities are already over capacity so that they’ve been letting many out into the US. All of these would immediately bypass the detention centers and head for California.

If they do come over, I say we put them on buses and take them to DC and give them $100 and a loaded gun when they get there.

Doesn’t sound like much of a Libertarian now does it? We’ve done WAY too much of that. E.g., if we’d left the much-maligned (by leftist NYT journalists btw) Diem alone and not opened the back door of his country to an invading army (thank you Averill Harriman) we might have had a functional 3rd world country and not ripped apart families and the social fabric of the country with thousands of needless deaths.

Kid, they’re headed for anywhere that’s sanctuary…and that’s not limited to California! But, yes, we are closer…….still, they’ll go to their families all over the country, sadly.
Do you not think it’ll be problematic if the military gets violent in its attempts to fight back the immigrants?
Yup…and is it OUR JOB to have detention centers for ANYBODY as THEY invade US? Unbelievable.

Baysider…I couldn’t agree with you more. LEAVE the dictators in charge…….it’s none of our business and has only screwed up the world more than we’d ever thought it would. jerks.

ALL IN THE NAME OF KINDNESS AND DEMOCRACY…as if most Arabs or Africans want or understand democracy!?>

  16. I think tagging a country as needing a leader that we approve of has got us into a lot of wars. As usual Mustang has wisdom, cop joke aside (I have sense of humor). Paul has some of his father’s views, however sometimes he sounds like a neo-con. And that’s a group that needs to watched. I hope that Trump fulfills his promise to deploy the military and doesn’t back down. I don’t want shots fired, but we need to prove we’re not kidding. Until the legislature decides to do its job Trump will need to do his.

Law and Order; that is exactly how I feel…as I said, I’m glad he’ll deploy military because it shows we mean business but shots being fired will be hideous PR….awful.
I wish more people understood your last sentence….it’s so true.

Mal, I couldn’t disagree more than I do with early voting….I’m glad you’re doing it, don’t get me wrong, but I think ANY diversions from TUESDAY IS VOTING DAY is just a way to figure out how to screw an election.

Germany: EVERYBODY VOTES THE SAME DAY, ON A WEEKEND SO ALL CAN VOTE. Done. Somehow, we’ve turned into a country like Haiti, which needed American overseeing of elections.
I also hate computer voting….and I know for a fact there’s tons of fraud in mailed in votes…I’ve seen it myself.

Kid, I just loved the NY Times today saying “Paul Krugman Warns Trump Is Poised To Disregard Democratic House Victory”

Is that the very definition of IRONIC considering how he and his thugs have never EVER accepted Hillary’s loss? Are they so stupid they don’t see the astonishing IRONY of his thinking!? HAA!!
By the way, how does a president DISREGARD a House Victory, not allow new Congressmen to get seated? Wait! I smell ANOTHER IRONY!

I didn’t get your point about early voting, Z. Why not? What diversion? Actually, I didn’t mind when it was all on voting day, but this does offer relief from long lines. BTW, it was still packed. Lined up outside to vote. I take that as possibly being extreme concern by the conservatives. Hope I’m right.

Mal, I just think ANY kind of diversion from REGULAR VOTING DAY asks for trouble…Probably not, but I’m very sensitive to fraud because I’ve seen it twice in person and know of Black kids “helping out” elderly Black people in the Crenshaw District for years, taking their mail-in ballots and telling them they’ll fill it out for them, just ‘sign here’…..I know that for a FACT.
Another time I saw a Black young lady leaving my precinct on her cell phone asking where she should go next. Another time, I asked the clerk at my precinct why they let a guy vote who said he lived too far to get home in time…the clerk said “Are you against EVERYONE voting?” I said “Heck no, but I’m against voting illegally, I sure am”

    Yes, it offers relief…….

You know, Mal, I’m hoping against hope you’re right and it’s Republicans in those long lines but the Dems are up in the polls for ‘wanting to vote’ and so many detest Trump, more than in 2016 because of our media, that it worries me.. On the other hand, if he was telling the truth, they have “thousands and THOUSANDS of people” at his events…and Nevada was no exception.
    Fingers crossed!! 🙂

Extended voting is there to allow the old admonition to “vote early and often” to blossom fully.

@”as if most Arabs or Africans want or understand democracy”– Decades ago when South Africa first extended the franchise into certain tribal areas it was reported that this is how ‘democracy’ worked: the tribal elders held a council, decided how to vote, then met with the tribe and instructed them. The people generally voted as their elders said. I find this totally reasonable. They are a culture which has the experience of being protected and led by respected elders since before written history. Just tribal power structure put into a new suit of clothes. How we can’t ‘get’ this is beyond me!

Where I vote, I go after work, and I am usually the 82nd to 88th voter to put my ballot thru the scanner. Along the lines of Mal’s comment, when i voted in the 2016 election I was #384. I knew that couch potato’s came out to vote for Trump or against clinton. I hope to see another high number on the scanner when voting Nov 6.

I see your point, Z, and agree it would be much more efficient (read: avoid fraud) if all voting took place on voting day only. Hopefully, Trump will again address the need for every state to have mandatory voter I.D.’s. It needs to be done quickly while we still have a majority.
