Sunday Faith Blog

My Sunday Faith Blog today concerns BABIES and abortion.

THIS article caught my attention because, while Justice Alito says the delay in passing a Louisiana bill doesn’t reflect the merits of the case and it’s only a 5 day delay for them to better learn about the bill, the quote below seems hypocritical and fascinating to me……..here it is:

“The law, enacted in 2014, requires doctors performing abortions to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.”

I take that to mean that a doctor had better be on staff near wherever he performed an abortion just in case a mother needs hospitalization and for him to be involved in her hospital care since he’s familiar with her case.  In other words, in case the mother’s health is jeopardized by the birth.  I could be wrong, but that’s how I’d read it.

So, the Pro Choicers are less concerned about the mother’s health than they say they are, huh?   Most of us think that’s rubbish as an excuse for abortion because it’s SO rare that mother’s get into trouble during a birth….They SAY it’s the “Mother’s health” many times for which to perform an abortion, apparently it isn’t?  At least not in Louisiana?

I personally believe an abortion is between a woman and her God…….not so much her doctor.   I also believe the kinds of abortion laws we’re passing these days can’t make God too pleased and we know how He does lose patience with a country whose people constantly ignore Him. (see Israel in the Old Testament and, in fact, how persecuted the country of Israel is today…more and more so, actually!)

So today I particularly ask for PRAYERS FOR THE BABIES, PRAYERS FOR PATIENCE FROM GOD AS WE TRY HARD TO TURN THIS AWFUL TIDE, combating the hypocrisy I lay out above, hoping more people wake up to the awfulness of killing a child who’s already been born but whose mother and doctor decide it just shouldn’t live!

MANY say that the Bible doesn’t mention abortion.  They’re right.  But GOD IS LIFE.  God believes in LIFE, not killing life.   Enough said.

Those of you who really know the Bible, check THIS out!   Absolutely unbelievable….so untrue.  There are FAR FAR more articles on Google saying that babies aren’t people till they breathe on their own, with Biblical scripture tweaked to fit that notion, etc…it’s amazing.

HERE is a site which more reflects my opinions based on Scripture.

PRAY FOR THE BABIES!

Thanks, Z

We are told that the seven social sins are: wealth without work, pleasure without conscience, knowledge without character, commerce without morality, science without humanity, worship without sacrifice, and politics without principle. It was offered to us by Frederick Lewis Donaldson at Westminster Abbey in London on 20 March 1925. He seems to have described western society to a tee. Dr. King offered, “There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular … but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right.” So then, what is right about abortion. There are instances when abortion is legally and morally acceptable, such as in cases of rape, incest, and so forth. But it has become an industry and I doubt that God looks upon the tens of millions of abortions in the US alone with any degree of favor.

I believe in a woman’s right to choose … which must include something so simple and basic as using birth control methods, as opposed to depriving a formed fetus of life in its place. If conscience wasn’t part of this social agony, we would not be hearing about tremendous feelings of guilt from women years after an abortion. And this is a very slippery slope. If we can kill a child at the instance before birth, then why not kill off the elderly, who have outlived their usefulness.

  2. I know several who have had an abortion (all but one in the 1st trimester, and that woman had a medical abortion at Georgetown University Medical Center circa 1975). Not one of these women escaped unscathed as all of them suffered from guilt post-abortion.

    That’s next. Watch for it.

Interestingly, I just rec’d an email which included this, echoing what I’d heard and reported in my post:

“An OB/GYN acquaintance of mine weighed in last week on the “health of the mother”argument , saying that in 27 years of practice he had NEVER had occasion to need to discuss terminating a pregnancy with a mother in the third trimester. He explained that health issues that arise in the third trimester NEVER need to be solved by terminating the pregnancy. Never. Interesting.”

Mustang, yes, ‘what’s next?’ is definitely what IS next!
I must add that if an abortion is ‘morally acceptable’ because of rape, we have completely lost the argument that children deserve to live regardless of the mother’s situation, haven’t we. “Oh, so the mother finds it horrid to carry a rapist’s child (who wouldn’t???) so that makes it acceptable that she can kill the fetus”

AOW, I know one woman who had about five abortions and finally said “i’m pregnant and I’m going to KEEP this one!” (I’ll never forget that….keep this one?) She’s the only person I believe hasn’t felt any guilt at all…..at least 2 of her abortions were while married and she is VERY wealthy, by the way.
Yes, most women never get over it……….so sad.

As the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob weeps over the waste from human follies, the god of Muhammad and bin Ladn and Boko Haram smiles at the elimination of future infidels.

Still, as the most powerful woman in America has declared, walls are immoral, but slaughtering innocents is not a problem.

And Northam isn’t guilty of racism, only stupidism, for thinking people are stupid enough to buy his stupid explanations and denials.

Finally this week we got a chance to put faces to what has been in progress for decades. Thank the Internet and Conservative bloggers, then Fox for the coverage.
Can anyone who watched and heard the FULL presentation by Tran to the VA Committee ever forget her words? Same as the Governor.
In the end, it was learned that wearing a bit of black shoe polish was far worse then murdering a baby.
Now that should put a chill up our spine.

Z, I know a woman who married at 15 and he 17 that had several abortions because her husband forced her to. but she finally put her foot down and kept the last one and I’m glad she did because I ended up marrying her. After them marrying and divorcing several times, they both ended up happily married to others.

If a seed has sprouted but not yet breached the soil’s surface, it is a living plant ? Of course it is.

Noticed 81% of the population are entirely disgusted with the Virginia law allowing the murder of a baby. No democrats will even acknowledge it. It looks like they may throw the VA governor into the volcano.

    Who votes for democrats?

Tax money going to planned abortions then straight back out to DNC political campaigns. How is that not illegal ? Useless republicans and evil democrats is the answer.

Has anyone seen Ruth Buzzard? She was reported seen at a Gym in DC last week. I don’t believe it. We may be into the Weekend at Bernie’s phase. Wouldn’t be hard to replace her with a bobble head – just select the ruling that is the most anti-American and smile smile smile.

bocopro…he really IS stupid, isn’t he, this medical doctor, who expects people to believe his first story, then the complete reversal! What a JERK….

I asked a Black student at the high school Friday morning if he thought that female teacher who put on a beautiful African dress/headdress, darkened her face and arms, and gave a kind of history lesson on ‘her life’ in ‘her village’ in Africa (dramatization) was wrong and insulting. He said YES….I said “But she honored the Black village women by dressing like them, ‘posing as them,’ ‘being them’ so the class would truly get ‘pulled into her story’….Didn’t matter.
I totally disagree, but I am not Black. SO….. I still can’t see what the big whoop is about, frankly…If you put dark paint on your body and honor Blacks, so what? If you put dark paint on your body and act like a ‘step ‘n fetch it ‘ stupid Black moron, THAT’S BAD. If you dress in a German dirndl or Lederhosen and act stupid, mimicking Germans in harsh fashion, that’s bad…if you dress up in German garb to tell the story of Heidi, SO WHAT?

Bunkerville, it CERTAINLY DOES put a chill up our spines….astonishing.

Mal, my GOSH! WHat a past Joni has had….so grateful you two found each other and have built such a good, long life together! WOW!

Kid, right…I often ask pro choicers, “so is it an AUDI or an AMANA fridge before it’s born?” silence is the response.
Re Democrats, you might like my post for tomorrow…
As for RUTHIE, that’s an interesting question……….sick again? SOme say she died, but I can’t imagine they could keep THAT quiet! Still……..

The blacks who get offended are For anything that strengthens their Crutch and against anything that weakens it. That simple. They get preferential treatment everywhere now. Still not enough.

Couple times a year I pull up to get on to the main road from my locale and here is a big banner across the road that says “Hunger 5K”. I laugh. I wouldn’t walk 5 nanometers for them, they get Everything for free and most of the breeders spend the EBT money on partying and send their kids into the street to forage for food. People who live in these neighborhoods testify to this.

Kid, my thoughts exactly. No matter what you do or say, they can and will find something to carp about. Its akin to what the left has been doing the past 2 years about anything the right does, esp. Trump.
Yes, Z, Joni came from nothing and appreciates everything I do for her. Very humble beginnings.
How can I not enjoy doing things for her?

Even into antiquity some societies would kill babies. It would happen in the case of deformed children, or just because of insufficient food and resources to keep another person alive. Forget the euphemism about a woman’s right to choose, and complete the sentence. People want a right for women to kill their children if they don’t want them for whatever reason.

I believe some women want the right to reject the child of a man she doesn’t like, or a child of a rape, or to abort her pregnancy if it is dangerous to her health. It’s that simple and I resent the fact that we cannot have the honest discussion about the killing our kids, or finding a way for them to live.

The answer is simple. Find a way to keep the living alive. Millions of people hunger for children and are frustrated by their attempts to adopt a baby.

If you remember way back in the twentieth century when so called family planning clinics started to spring up in minority neighborhoods, some blacks recognizes what was going on. In the 1960s, Malcolm X accused the US government of engaging in genocide against black people, citing long-term injustice, cruelty, and violence by whites against blacks. I am pretty sure it was Planned Parenthood that established these clinics with the express purpose of suppressing the population of black people.

Malcolm X was right, but today’s black person is a devoted Democrat, and doesn’t realize that they are eliminating future Democrats from the gene pool. Ironic, isn’t it?

At the end of the day, and an off topic subject…

My wife and I had the good fortune of attending a great production of Mary Poppins by our local elementary school. Our grandchildren were in the play, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The kids loved it. We are very proud.

After we returned home my wife ran across a Facebook post about people accusing Mary Poppins of promoting racist behavior. I found a NYT article that covers it.

The are talking about the semi-black soot covered faces of the little chimney sweeps, and also Mary Popping herself. Soot!

This has to stop. People are seeing racism in EVERYTHING. They may actually believe it, but I am sick and tired of this BS. I have resolved to pay no attention to anyone who even mentions race, because anybody who sees the entire world through a racial lens is RACIST!
