I doubt Biden had a say. It’s a pander for votes. Just like Castro (more on that in a minute) she looks appealing from 20 feet away. (I even fleetingly though he might name Barack Obama as his Veep. Too transparent, I guess.:) )
As I emailed you earlier, Willie Brown (to you outside Calif. political life he is a long-time Democratic power broker in the state) wanted to see her named Attorney General because she’d get to name all the AGs. She was HORRIBLE as California’s AG. Really AWFUL Mean and destructive. But they’ll hype her past as a prosector. Won’t mention her misrepresenting the ballot prop to get serious criminals out of jail — the “Public Safety and Rehabilitation Act of 2016” which should have been titled the “Let Violent Criminals Out Of Prison Early Act.”

A Cuban refugee friend emailed me a published “Letter to My Children: It’s like a storm you see coming while the sun is still out” from a woman who lived the revolution and escaped to the United States. This really struck me, about ‘appearances’:
– “Fidel Castro had a very likable personality, he was gregarious, young and good looking. He could speak for hours promising us the moon (well, that part sounds like Obama, no?). … We were carried away by his personality and charm.”
Not saying Harris is Miss Personality, but she projects that greatly in contrast to Biden with a pretty face and confident smile, until you cross her. His feebleness may be a bid overplayed so he’ll look better than expected in debates. Who knows.

What I REALLY think is wrong is having hi-tech predators hacking into people’s private accounts, stealing their savings, and not being torn apart by angry mobs carrying torches.
As for humankind’s prurient interests, I quit worrying about the immorality swamp we’ve waded into a long time ago when I discovered that the highest traffic on the internet was porn and the most common use of e-mail was sharing dirty jokes.
Kids “sexting”? By-product of liberalism, absent fathers, and a scarcity of strong, wide, thick leather belts.
I picked up the housefone one day when my daughters (19 & 20 at the time) were talking to another girl about sailors and marines. Lost my ignorant innocence that day about girls . . . and never EVER listened to any of their private conversations again.
Intelligent, capable, generally charming girls (now in their mid 50s) whose language would sometimes make a career 2nd-class WestPac Bosun’s Mate blush. They use words that I NEVER use. And although Milady doesn’t use those same ones in English — ever — she uses the equivalent ones in Both Ilokano and Tagalog with her friends . . . who use them also.
Also, pretty sure I learned all my dirty words in Italian from the sister of a friend of mine. Great kid, potty mouth. I don’t talk to my dog when he’s been bad the way that girl talks to her husband.

I think despicable has been the standard of the Democratic Party since 1828. Harris is merely the DNC’s more recent version. It will be interesting to see whether the American people will embrace such wickedness or reject it. I’m not holding my breath.

Apparently, some DNC memo went out about this situation….minutes after Harris was announced….warning even their own people to be on the prowl for anything like that….
I believe THAT IS GOING TO BACKFIRE. Because of that memo, and some articles about it, Already on Facebook last night in the private political groups, people were talking about “Can’t we criticize her?” THAT IS RUBBISH and, like people finally were able to criticize Obama though he was Black, I do NOT believe many will stay silent just because she’s a BLACK WOMAN.
I think all this BLM stuff might actually help that backfire on her…Whites and some Blacks are FED UP and I think they’re going to criticize her saying things like “THIS is EQUALITY…everybody gets treated the same” And I BELIEVE THAT’S TRUE.
BOCOPRO….OH, we women can ‘let it rip’ in private conversations about men with our girlfriends….I can’t imagine how shocked most dads would be hearing that!!
We all know that’s not Kamala….I just don’t like that kind of photoshopping………. the picture didn’t shock me that much, the idea that it can be done realistically enough that people would be found guilty of something they shouldn’t have been bothers me.

This was not an unexpected choice. Feel her up joe had no role in selecting his running mate so this was the sole decision of the DNC. The DNC told him he was going to have a female running mate so they limited their choices with that decision. They were left with crazy lizzy, wicked witmer or blame it on youtube rice. Harris was the safest choice but brings the least to the ticket.
The DNC and predator joe have stated they own the black vote so they didn’t need her for that. The last time california voted republican was the gold rush so she doesn’t bring those two groups to the ticket. The idea of her being mean and vicious will not be seen in public because she is far to smart and calculating to show that side of her. Now we just need to see how long it will take her to declare basement joe incompetent.

Truthfully, I’m really not sure what to think about Kamala, or Biden, for that matter. Are all Dems so locked-in loyal to their party that nothing can sway them, even common sense? I don’t believe all of them are and will either quietly vote for Trump or abstain. We’ll know come election time, won’t we?
