William Booth“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.”

Copyright & Fair Use Statement I hereby assert that the purpose of this blog is educational/informative in matters of politics and faith. There is no commercial purpose to this blog. There is no revenue generated from any material posted here. I am not in competition with any news source, including any other on-line journal, and I have no interest in interfering with any person’s ability to earn an income as an author, journalist, photographer, or artist. This website contains some quotations and excerpts from copyrighted material. These uses fall well within the copyright doctrine of “Fair Use.” Section 107 of the United States Code, Title 17, specifies the conditions under which, “the fair use of a copyrighted work . . . for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching . . ., scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” It provides four considerations for determining fair use: (1) The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes, (2) The nature of the copyrighted work, (3) The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole, and (4) The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work. The use on this website of other material involves “criticism, comment, news reporting, scholarship or research” (a) The “purpose and character” of the website is not “commercial.” (b) The overwhelming majority of the material is the author’s own research and work. It is in no way a mere collection of others’ copyrighted works, nor is any material competitive with those sources. (2) The “nature of the copyrighted work” quoted is often “news” or “faith,” categories given lesser protection in fair use cases than works of fiction. (3) Most uses involve excerpts rather than entire works. Because the adverse financial impact on copyright owners is central to the purpose of copyright law, and the analysis of alleged violations, it’s relevant to note that, under factor (4), (a) no one in search of the quoted material would substitute this blog or book for the original source, (b) it is highly unlikely this website (or any material created from it) will ever have more than a de minimis impact on any of the copyright works’ potential market, and (c) to the extent it might do so, it would be far more likely be a positive, rather than a negative, impact (by drawing attention to the work, crediting it, and providing a source where it may be found). Finally, to the extent any copyright owner may wish, consideration will be given to all reasonable requests that copyright material be removed from this website. I will always endeavor to provide proper attribution to the source of another person’s work if I know it. If I do not know the source of incorporated work, I will state “source unknown.” I will happily credit any previously unknown source if their identity is made known to me in “blog comments.” -GeeeZ
What I watched from about 2000 last nite to around 0400 this mornin was the insides of my eyelids. And today I’m gonna watch some heavy-duty plastic bags fill up with lawn debris. Then later I’ll watch my belly expand from some really nice chicken ‘n’ pork adobo and yellow rice with a side of steamed broccoli for lunch.
After that, a re-check of those eyelids. Innameantime, here’s my take on Joey B:
(Originally intended to post a jpg of him with fists clenched, eyes squinting, and mouth open bellowing “STOP LOOKING INTO MY CORRUPTION !!” But each time I tried to get a URL to post, Safari kept sayin “Can’t find the server.” So the image is still up, but you can’t D/L it.)

Trump neglected to ask the most obvious question: Is that Hunter’s laptop Joe?
As a Trump supporter I could give the nod to DJT but as an ignorant run of the mill voter knowing next to nothing beyond the end of my nose I would praise honest Joe as God’s gift to “The American People.” Biden, unabashedly lying time after time, will not be taken to task by the media and over 50% of american voters
Just for sh-_ts and giggles I researched local and national polls and if I believed them I would stay away from open second story windows.

Only a Loyal Socialist, blowhard would think Biden came out of that the winner.
He said he is going to give 11 million illegals citizenship.
He said he is going to shut down the oil industry.
He LIED about the Biden Crime Family.
He lied about his intentions for fracking.
He lied about his son receiving money from Russia and China.
He lied his whole way through that debate and wasn’t called on it by the Moderator.
He couldn’t articulate how he would handle WuFlu differently than the President.
He was a mess, babbling and mumbling at times, or just staring into space when trying to avoid a question, and when he wasn’t doing that he stood there with his STUPID looking Grin..

We all know how difficult it is to sustain lies. Inevitably, we get found out because no one can tell a lie and then maintain it for an extended period of time, and the more lies we tell, the more difficult it becomes to maintain them. So, on that basis, my theory is (a) either Joe Biden is an exceptionally gifted liar, (b) he’s memorized the Soros talking points, or (c) he’s not lying at all. He, in other words, truly believes his lies to be the absolute truth. Ideologically, that’s scarier than hell because Joe Biden is spouting the Marxist message for America. If he really does believe all his crap —that high taxes, for example, is what will bring America back to greatness, then only a bona fide dipshit could vote for him. My gut feeling is that the Democratic/Progressive/Marxist party has run its course … and as I mentioned to Z the other day, the only way Biden can win this election is through large scale fraud. The Clown Show continues.
PS. Once we get rid of Democrats, we’ve got to do something about the media, also known as the DNC propaganda ministry.

When you lie you have to remember yet Lunch Pail has already forgotten he and the Huntmeister, amateurs compared to the Clintons, should stand trial for corruption. But with Bubba having given away our missile guidance systems to the Chicoms for campaign donations the Biden’s will never overcome the Clinton’s insurmountable lead in the unpunished and unaccounted for Treason department.

GOT TO ADMIT I was SORRY I prayed a couple times that Trump would be CIVIL and DIGNIFIED. 15 minutes into the debate, I was thinking “OK, now GIVE IT TO BIDEN, DONALD!”
Donald must have really been warned not to do the same thing as he did last time………..
BIDEN LIED AND LIED AND LIED AND LIED…………..But I have to admit he did not sound like he had any cognitive trouble.;..I guess that’s what 4 days of rest and good coaching can do?
I BELIEVE WITHOUT A DOUBT BIDEN HAD THE QUESTIONS IN ADVANCE….NOT BECAUSE I’M MUCH OF A TIN-HATTER BUT BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWER THAT QUICKLY WHEN ASKED A PRETTY COMPLICATED QUESTION.
YOU GUYS HEARING ABOUT THE ISRAEL-SUDAN PEACE AGREEMENT THIS MORNING? hmmmm

@Geeez- I commented the following over at Bunker a little while ago:
Just announced that Sudan is normalizing relations with Israel. With american Jewry seemingly not interested this will have virtually no impact on the election.

Z, I saw some cognitive trouble toward the end when he stuttered, looking for some continuity in his speaking. Trump badgered him just enough to cause that and Biden’s supporters were probably nervously holing their breaths, but i believe he came out relatively unscathed.
I feel the moderator was fairer to Trump than I had expected, allowing him the extra times to respond when she didn’t have to. I also believe he was very controlled and mannerly which should have pleased you greatly, given your feeling about the way he responds.

Mal, that’s true, she did let Trump say a few more words when his time was up….and he didn’t overdo it. I did think his questions were FAR more difficult than those to Biden.
And yes, some are saying he seemed to tire the last 30 minutes….I suppose just standing that long would get to him……
Look what Trump’s been doing! Debates, rallies twice a day in two different cities, sometimes 3 different states! Astonishingly STRONG MAN.

PETER…BUT Trump this morning said he thought Iran would come around if he’s still in office and can work Iran “which deserves to thrive without nukes” …
THAT, I believe, COULD convince some voters.
COol that someone on FOX this morning (Mollie Hemingway, I think?) said Trump’s the first president in a while not to take America to war in his administration!!

I listened and kept shouting out (to Mr. B’s annoyance) “liar, liar, pants on fire!” Trump won this round. He was everything he needed to be and this goaded Biden at times to belch forth a snarky guffaw that made him look bad.
I have NEVER understand the tax returns thing. Years ago when Bill Clinton’s returns were made public and people laughed at his taking $5 for underwear donation I thought “do I really need to know this?” I’d much rather have had a public reveal of Hillary’s secret health committee activities – the actual “transparency” they pretended to have. I’ve been happy to hear Dennis Prager thinks the same about tax returns and articulates it often. I had no interest in the tax returns of Bush, Obama or Trump. Grow up people. It was a dead point to make.
Peggy Noonan:
“Mr. Biden too often lapses into government-speak—“the public option.” He was in government 47 years, and sounds it. Mr. Trump’s power, recovered Thursday night, is to speak like normal people, so you can understand him without having to translate what he’s saying in your head.”
This is also why academics HATE him so. They speak with forked tongue using high sounding phrases without meaning. Biden was full of platitudes that didn’t even rise to that level.

All politicians tell whoppers, I suppose. But Joe Biden’s saying in the final Presidential Debate that no one lost their insurance under ObamaCare was a real doozie!!! I know many people who lost their insurance policy — and their long-time doctor — when ObamaCare came along.

AND………..under Obama many didn’t take the insurance because it was too costly but still had to pay a monthly penalty because they didn’t take it? Trump IMMEDIATELY got rid of that penalty, remember?

From a dear friend and the wife of one of our bloggers, but I don’t want to ID her without his doing so!!! I’m a privacy freak! On Facebook today:
“We lost the health insurance coverage we had, and I lost 2 doctors. My Neurologist, that took care of overseeing my care for over 23 years, was told that because of Obamacare, Washhenaw County had too many Neurologists, and that she’d have to find another county to work in. I could go from Ypsilanti to Jackson, instead of Ann Arbor, but she understood that the distance was now, too far away. I miss her, and I pray she’s well”
Ya, let’s hear again how nobody lose their doctor!!!!!

Sure, you could KEEP your doctor if you wanted to now drive 2 hours to see her. But, you CAN 🙂

Byron York reports on Frank Luntz:
Like so many independent and undecided voters, some members of the group expressed agreement with Trump’s policies while at the same time expressing great disapproval of the president’s demeanor and public persona. “I have cringed in the past three and a half years over President Trump’s tweets and how he has treated people,” said one woman. “The question is whether I could vote for him where I agree on many of the policies.”
At the debate, however, she and others saw a Trump who was — finally, some of them said — presidential. And they liked it. “We’ve been wanting to see this man act presidential for three years, and he hasn’t,” said another woman. “And we get a glimpse of it and it gives us hope.” The woman said that despite her unhappiness with Trump’s behavior, she trusts him to handle the economy.
“I honestly felt in this debate Donald Trump did seem much more presidential,” said a man. “Tonight he showed restraint in comparison to the first debate. And Joe Biden can’t give a straight answer. He was so elusive.” Trump’s presidential behavior “meant something to me,” said another woman. “That is one of the reasons I have such reservations about pulling the lever for Donald Trump. He has been embarrassing — I haven’t been embarrassed by his policies, but embarrassed by what comes out of his mouth.” “I just think that character has been the biggest thing that has held me back from voting for Donald Trump,” yet another woman said. “Tonight he showed me that he can behave in a way that is more presidential — and that will affect my decision going forward.”

Ed + ! !!! Yes, presidential.
I’m another who lost my health care coverage. (Every single person with an individual plan did.) I could get more … at nearly 2X the price! And less coverage. My proof: 1st cataract surgery was before Obamacare, and I paid about 1/2 out of pocket. 2nd cataract surgery was after Obamacare, and I paid all out of pocket. Yup, that was one of my “liar, liar, pants on fire” calls. The story about our friend’s neurologist is criminal.

Ed, so York wrote this after watching people on Luntz’s panel???
I’ll just say this about that: Oh, sure, everyone…! I say HE MUST BE MORE PRESIDENTIAL for 3 years here and get push back here but LOOK HOW MANY THINK SO!!! I knew it.. I know many of you have said you don’t care how he acts as long as he DOES good stuff; which is great except during an election year , right?!! Apparently!
Glad you agree!
