Don’t let it get ya down. We all are constantly amazed that you can keep this up everyday. You are a bright spot in this mess we’ve got happening all around us. Don’t think for a moment, you are all alone, with the weariness we all feel, with this stuff beating us up daily, but, voices like yous make the day’s bearable, even if we all don’t agree all the time.
And you are not losing your touch. Every time I see one of your posts in my email, it brightens up my day, to have someone saying out loud, what most of us are thinking.
I pray for strength, in my life, to pursue truth and goodness and you are a good example to follow.
    thanks for all ya do—–Chuck

CHUCK! you made me cry…seriously. I think you’re way too kind but BOY, do your words mean a lot to me. THANK YOU xxxx

O.K. Two ideas I’m thinkin ‘bout workin up into a rant – and what I wrote for today is too long to post on a blog, so these’ll hafta do:

    1. Critical Race Theory escaped from a language lab in an ivy-league humanities department.

    2. The only “bipartisan” feature of Nasty Pelousy’s “insurrection” hearings is that they will have both kangaroos AND clowns on the panels.

BOCOPRO..I just sent Chuck an email and came back here thinking “I wonder where Bocopro is” and VOILA! You never let me down, either! 🙂

LOVE LOVE LOVE your two points! #1 is HILARIOUS…and SO SO TRUE!!!!!

And I loved your Pelousy but only now noticed NASTY instead of NANCY! GREAT ONE!!!! Why that made me think of the Scopes trial is beyond me! I guess monkeys came to mind with kangaroos???

Did you see Kinzinger and Schieff BAWLING their eyes out? Yup! It’s us awful Pro Trump Republicans which made them cry………we’re all so terrible and they are so SO sorry.
Honestly, if I could KICK them both, I would and you all know I AM NOT A VIOLENT WOMAN! 🙂

BOCOPRO…PLEEEEEEEEEEEEESE write your thoughts/observations on the HEARING!!!!!

  7. geeez2014 says:

KID, thanks very, very much. I DO have to get away from all of this for a while, you’re right. Not sure the seafood place would take her litter box, but I WILL TRY 🙂 xxxx

  8. bocopro says:

Well . . . at this point, my thoughts trend toward how the son of a sitting FauxPotUS can use and deal coke with impunity and democrat-run cities were destroyed in the name of blackification for over a year with multiple deaths and billions in property damage and countless destroyed lives while the damages resulting from the “insurrection” on 6 Jan amounted to a broken window, a scuffed-up door, and a number of galled intergluteal creases on snowflakes.

One person died in the incident, a Trump supporter shot by a Congress Cop who will very likely be nominated for the Medal of Honor for his daring action in saving members of Congress such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who was in another unrelated building during the disturbance, which DJT NEVER encouraged.

We’re far too early in the process for anyone to make conclusions, but this clip purty much sums up how I’ll be viewing it all:

I can, however, confidently assure y’all that anyone even hanging around in the vicinity of the “riot” will be punished FAR more severely for wearing a red hat than Biden’s kid will be for drug abuse, influence peddling, art bunko, and child abandonment.

  9. Mustang says:

Everyone needs a vacation from time to time. Except for Ron … that guy’s the energizer bunny. It must be all those sandwiches he eats from Zamboanga.

You know, both political parties like to yammer about the “big tent,” I suppose to convince everyone how inclusive they are. My guess is that whenever the progressives make such claims, they’re all full of buffalo chips. On the left side, there is only ONE point of view — the leftist/Alinsky talking points, spoken ad nauseam.

As I said the other day, there are as many different perspectives among conservatives (name any topic) as there are conservatives. As it happens, this is what I think America is all about … different points of view, arguments (putting forth their own opinions and explaining them) — no one trying to force anyone else to accept their point of view, except perhaps on the strength or merit of their argument.

Ed Bonderenka is my friend; he’s a good conservative/Christian man … someone I respect — and yet there are a number of things we have disagreements about. He’s entitled to his point of view, as I am entitled to mine. It’s the same with Kid. We have disagreements on various issues; he only gets his way because he has those negatives I don’t want anyone to see.

So, my point is, we conservatives should plan on other conservatives arguing with us about different things — more often than not. I don’t think I would want it any other way. I don’t agree with you all the time, either, Z … and I know you don’t always agree with me. So what? I still love ya even when you’re wrong. 

So yeah, take a vacation … watch less news, listen to more music, dance in the rain (fully clothed, of course), and don’t believe anything Kid tells you about me. He’s such a liar.

  10. MAL says:

I don’t know how you do it, Z, day after day. I don’t believe any of us can. Take a day or two off, go to the beach and kick some sand around for a bit. Will it help? Dunno, but it “cain’t hoit”!
The one death on Jan. 6 Ron mentioned was also a female veteran. She must have really frightened the security guard that killed her. That was unbelievable! Meanwhile, old Hillary evaded any prosecution or questioning about Ben Ghazi and the multiple deaths she caused! They all continue to this day to avoid any prosecution.

I got a video of Candace Owens going after Big Tech. I sent it to you, Z, but it came back as undeliverable due to too much content……..??? Huh? I’ll try again.

  11. geeez2014 says:

BOCOPRO; Yes, anyone for miles around’s been punished..even solitary confinement!

In contrast, BLM ers and ANTIFA people sometimes got arrested, then got let out immediately..after all, they were ‘just showing LOVE”… And NO REPUBLICAN has had the GUTS to scream that from the rafters. It doesn’t count to blab about it on FOX.

MUSTANG: WE all should disagree on some things….or we’re all worthless people, in my opinion.
I just deleted four paragraphs in which I explained …how I feel………..Let me just say I like differing sometimes, but it’s how we say things in that differing that hurts me sometimes.

I’m as guilty as others because Ed was kind enough to email me yesterday (and I don’t believe he’ll mind my writing it here because I SO appreciated his input)…I told him “I’m DONE” yesterday and it sounded worse to him (far worse) than I’d meant it….I’d NEVER purposefully shut him down or almost anyone else here rudely……
By the way , the subject was masks, vaxes, etc…AND I had just that day lost one friend on that subject,..I’m happy to say she showed me later the loss is less than I’d thought it would be……I really took the high road after much consideration and am very satisfied that I did….AND I told a 99 yr old friend on the phone yesterday when she started slamming Bret Baier that “I am really tired of arguing over who’s more conservative than the next conservative..” And we hung up. Happily, she called me about something today so all is well, but………
    That’s my story!!

It’s how we put things that’s important.

MAL: THANK YOU….kicking sand sounds REALLY good……..REALLY REALLY good. Maybe even necessary. xxxx

  12. Baysider says:

ACUCHUCK +1. Nothing to add on a subject you want to discuss 🙂

BUT – just got back from the orthopod and Mr. B got his cast off!! The earlier check a few weeks ago wasn’t good. Very slow to heal. I added some “stuff” to his protocol, and wow! He has a nice solid callus on the x-ray today. Don’t know why I waited. My dentist used this when he broke his foot and turned a 6-week healing period (with no ability to see patients) into 10 days, and he was back on his feet. And I know a 2nd medical person with similar result. I’m so glad I added it.

    BAYSIDER.. first, thanks xxx

SECOND: What kind of protocol additions? You mean some things that aided/sped the healing like your dentist did?
    Such good news!!!

  14. Baysider says:

And this is a ‘good’ walking day, doing better with the PT.

  15. Mustang says:

    @ Baysider

I added some “stuff” to his protocol, and wow!

    Do tell, what stuff?

  16. geeez2014 says:

BAYSIDER>..MUSTANG and I both asked what extras you did…Can you share?

  17. Baysider says:

    1. Nucleo Immune. The dentist just used this, but a half bottle a day as I recall. My other friend, an acupuncturist, used it as the key element for a broken elbow to heal. She was slated for surgery, but got a good placement on the splinting and was healing so fast that surgery was cancelled. Both were younger. Dentist in 40’s, acupuncturist 30 tops.

Any online info does not get into the weeds on this product. It promotes rapid cellular regeneration and RNA/DNA repair. I keep it on hand for the onset of colds or flu. (The Swiss sold it under another name as an anti-viral.) https://livednutrition.com/products/nucleoimmune-60-c-premier-research-labs-1

    2. Collagen powder and collagen dense bone broth.

And just today, my own acupuncturist told me how much Boiron’s Symphytum officinale homeopathic formula helped her broken toe heal. Amazon was full of happy users. So I went to the pharmacy to talk to someone who’s trained and get a reliable answer. These remedies come in various dilution. She steered me to the one for bone trauma. It’s based on comfrey. That made me laugh! That herb’s old nickname is “bone knit.” I remember mom talking about it.

I’m just happy to have him healing!!!

  18. Disagree without being disagreeable.
Know when not to hit send.
Give as much mercy and grace as you get. And God gives more than you can give.
    And don’t be a poopyhead.

  19. Baysider says:

Now, as for issues ‘in the fight’ THIS made me boil: https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2021/07/28/la-joya-covid-migrants-whataburger/

“Police [in Texas] said they learned that Border Patrol was quarantining other undocumented individuals who were COVID positive, or showed symptoms of illness, then handing them over to the non-profit. Catholic Charities would in turn place the undocumented [and sick] individuals in hotels in the McAllen area as well as La Joya.” and “Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley didn’t tell them that they were placing COVID stricken people at the Texas Inn Hotel.”

Have we lost our frickin’ mind? All this lockdown, fear and bullying over the slightest infraction of a covid rule by you or me … and we just turn infective people loose who are not even entitled to be in the country? Message to Washington: Boundary control is one of the few reasons you exists fellas. Do your job!

  20. geeez2014 says:

Ed….I am hoping you’re talking to all of us. Good advice.

BAYSIDER…that all makes sense…why wouldn’t bone broth/collagen help bones knit?
I’m so glad this all worked!!!

And yes, WE must wear masks, WE must live in total fear….and illegals who don’t belong here get free housing and can go anywhere they please…

  21. Baysider says:

Ok, on the lighter side The Babylon Bee really struck my fancy today, too:
New Evidence Indicates Critical Race Theory Escaped From A Lab In A College Humanities Department
“While many believed the deadly CRT virus arose naturally out of centuries of systemic oppression, it now appears to have been manmade,” …

  22. Z: Scherie said to let you know that you are in our prayers over the loss of your friend.
And my previous comment was directed at me.
Baysider: The Bee is the Bee’s Knees.

  23. geeez2014 says:

ED, love to Scherie, and thanks…he was a pastor…married to a childhood friend and SUCH a wonderful man!! Tell Scherie thanks and God bless!

    BAYSIDER, thanks…I love Babylon Bee.

And now I know where BOCOPRO got that story 🙂

  24. Mustang says:

Thank you for the information, Baysider.
