Ya, Silverfiddle’s solution is what I’d do. Whatever we’ve done in the way of this balloon, I’m sure the Chinese do worse to us. But the world doesn’t hear about it….nor do China’s people.
I had NO IDEA that practically every damn second of the news today is about the BALLOON when I wrote this post yesterday afternoon…..
As happens with many topics, it’s like NOTHING ELSE IS HAPPENING IN AMERICA.

Honestly, if we were younger I would strongly look to moving elsewhere because at the risk of sounding like a fatalist, I believe it’s too late. We’ve had it. It’s over. Done with.
Just take an honest look at our country today. We are morally bankrupt, spoiled rotten, less pious and unappreciative of what our forefathers sacrificed to get us here.
Sure. Not everyone, but enough to influence elections and the outcomes. SO sad.

MAL…sadder YET is even I (Pollyanna) am feeling like that….As optimistic as I’ve been here, I’m far from dumb and it’s not like I haven’t seen what’s happening, but I see us not fighting enough, and THAT is the big problem; the dishonest leftie media, etc….
ALTHOUGH I saw a video of a young Conservative newly elected congressman practically demanding a Leftwinger on a panel at some hearing recently that he ADMIT he isn’t for the border wall! The guy COULD NOT answer, responded with stupid ‘nothings’….it was fascinating.
I haven’t seen enough of that…but am STARTING TO.
We need that to happen and we MUST get a media that at least is curious about stories, not just immediately accepting the leftwing VERSION.

Now it’s burned food warehouses, massive dead chickens and cattle last summer, low fuel, a BALLOON, more cattle disease, kicking farmers off their farms, cold, hungry, more fear, and, AND, AND… “Global problems demand global solutions.”** So… do we wonder why they’re creating [real and imagined] global problems? I’m glad we have God!

EVERYBODY REMEMBER WHEN RUSSIA WAS SMART ENOUGH TO SHOOT OUR SPY PLANE DOWN? So ironic that Francis Gary Powers was shot down, then died in 1977 flying a helicopter for LA’s KNBC news!! Sad.
