On Sebastian Gorka’s show today, he was guffawing that the Grand Jury was taking a month off and ‘isn’t it funny…as if they’d ever indict the president ‘!
But they have. I don’t need to link an article; you all know what happened.
The first former U.S. president to ever be indicted and for ‘hush money’ paid to Stormy Daniels before the election. As if any other president hasn’t paid off people? I’m personally not sure how different this is from the media hushing the Biden laptop scandal because there was an election coming. Biden’s lucky his media never asked for money to be quiet with what they, and the FBI, knew. That’s how I feel….. but I’m not on the New York Liberals Grand Jury.
What are your thoughts on this?
Will Trump turn this to his advantage?
Do you believe Michael Cohen, the sleaze bag who’s said not to have an honest thought in his head?
Is it purely political? Even staunch Leftwinger Alan Dershowitz says “I have never seen a weaker case,” so my instincts are better than I’d thought.

Trump committed several completely unpardonable sins – he took a rigged election away from Hillary, he exposed the media’s left-wing bias, he peeled off several layers of rancid pond scum from The Swamp, he embarrassed every administration since Reagan by showing that things CAN be fixed, and – he was right.
When a petty dictator in a 3rd-world backwater uses political power to rig elections, intimidate his people, weaponize his bureaus, conduct overt propaganda to mask his ineptitude and corruption, and arrest his opponents, we call it “tyranny.” When Democrats do it in the US, they call it “democracy.”
Trump simply never acquired the knack of genuflecting at the altar of political doubletalk. He refused to bow to the sacred cows of status quo and tax’n’spend. He didn’t work for “the party,” he didn’t try to enrich himself, he didn’t conform to the existing D.C. paradigm. He worked for John Q. and the U.S. of A., and anybody who didn’t like that could just suck swamp water.
Well, his “America first” policies drove the entrenched corruptocrats into a hysterical rage which sucked the air from their lungs, soured their bellies, and elevated their blood pressures to Vesuvian redlines.
“Who the hell does this guy think he is . . . President or something !! He’s not one of us, so he must be trashed, mashed, slashed, excoriated, eviscerated, eliminated, and banished from the hallowed halls of “that’s how we’ve always done it,” never again to darken the threshold of the Rose Garden entrance to the ATM office with that antique desk.
What’s going on right now – from the Jan 6 kangaroo court to the IRS showing up at Taibi’s home while he was testifying to the indictment of a past potus – this is precisely how a Stalin, or a Mao, or a Hitler, or a Mussolini would acquire power.
Far-left Dems see what’s going on as a good thing, a political lynching of a guy who’s a bit of an asshole, but he was on OUR side, not theirs, and so they’re firing up their cohibas and swilling their Dewar’s to enjoy the liberal outrage porn that will trigger the collapse of law and order in this circling-the-bowl New World experiment.
And you can betcher booty that they won’t let this Reichstag fire go to waste. Staffers are at this moment digging through and rewriting histories in Georgia, Arizona, and other places where DJT accurately discovered ballot manipulation and election fraud in November 2020.
Trump’s indictment already is, and will become historically important as, a precedent for payback, for retribution, for political vengeance. And if ANYbody’s ever been a prime target for indictment on charges of mishandling campaign funds or enriching himself through the power of his office, it’s Bill Clinton and Joe Biden.
Clinton paid almost half a million to Paula Jones to shut her up while he was in office, and Biden has abused the power of both the Vice- and Presidency to become a gazillionaire while protecting his sleazy kid from official or public scrutiny.
One of Biden’s biggest campaign issues was to re-unite the country. Well, we’re still waitin, Joe.
The most patriotic thing he could do right now, and one which would almost certainly undermine DJT’s campaign for a second term, is to address the nation to say that what Bragg is doing IS a dangerous precedent, that the indictment should remain sealed, and Trump’s arrest never happen.
‘Cuz if he don’t . . . he can stand by for high winds and heavy seas after HE leaves office. In fact, I’m surprised we’ve heard no impeachment rumblings about him, Mayorkas, and Garland.
One old saw I ran across in literature is that “no other human emotion promises so much and rewards so little as does revenge.” Bragg’s (read as “Soros’”) insistence upon charging a past potus with a petty crime which is ubiquitous amongst powerful people AND for which the limitation period is long past will keep Trump in the news without his having to spend a sou while putting him firmly in the “martyr” category, thus ensuring a huge uptick in sympathy votes.
A second Trump term in the Oval Office would be a disaster, for lotsa reasons . . . but a second Biden/Harris administration would be catastrophic. So I guess it all boils down to how we wanna die as a republic – angrily and noisily in CW2 or meekly and politically correctly with ambiguous pronouns and unknown gender.
I would caution Dems with a li’l saying I ran across in Spanish: “Antes que tu cases, mira lo que haces,” which translates somewhat freely to “Look before you leap.” Or in other words, political crap like this has a nasty tendency to come back on you.
I mean, hey – look around, guys . . . Joey’s hands ain’t eggzackly clean, ya know, and this hasta be the biggest ROTFLMAO ever for guys like Putin, Xi, Kim, and Raisi.

The precedent is now set. A two-bit D.A. can charge the opposite party’s candidate with a crime. After all, as the FBI said regarding Trump, “Its all about the process and not necessarily the result.”
D.A. Alvin Bragg already has filed 100 lawsuits against Trump he so proudly proclaims. “I am the one to get Trump.” We are now a banana republic. What must the world think of us?

Another thought comes to mind. If Trump is successful and wins, what will China do? After all, they did intentionally develop a virus in a lab during his first term in an attempt to slow him down. So, whats next? Another virus……or worse?

I’m baaaack. After years I decided to check the blog again. IT’s been years I’ve been saying America has become a banana republic. It will unravel even more. I was over at the Constitutional Insurgent blog a while ago. He did a post about gun legislation, which I thought was well-written. Several leftists commented. One of them wrote, “… what about the Constitutional Rights of those killed?”
When you think about it, the leftist offered an amazing revelation about how the leftist mind works. He wondered about the rights of those six people in Nashville, and yet for one million unborn babies every year, there is no hesitation in denying them their right to life by ripping them out of their mothers’ wombs.
And then we have the nation’s number one leftist having a transgender appreciation day mere days after a transgender murdered six innocents. What message does that send? Gosh — suppose a president had ordered all air traffic shut down on the day of the 9/11 attack except for one aircraft carrying the family of Osama Bin Laden? Oh wait, never mind…
