Just check any S.S. office and they are lined up for a S.S. card. How do they get them? I would love to know.. then no doubt they get themselves on S.S. I.

No one is entitled to benefits who is an American citizen currently residing on the streets of any U.S. city, but dead people can receive benefits if the claimant knows the deceased person’s social security number. And also, vote.
Also, you must realize that no one may sue the U.S. or any state government without its consent.

It occurred to me that #10 on the list might include all American Indians, from the tip of Southern Argentina to the Northern tip of Canada … and just for grins and giggles, that would consist of more than half of Mexico and three-quarters of everyone else north of Panama. My understanding is that no Canadian Indian with even a modicum of self-respect would want to migrate to the United States — other than Hollywood actors.

I LOVE the idea of a class action suit. But they’ll all run for cover behind the shield of “qualified immunity” unless they can PROVE illegal action, which is not shielded. I think that’s possible, but you’d be astonished at all the squirming courts do to keep even egregious cases from going forward. It’s almost impossible to pierce that veil. Z, it makes one wonder what’s in it for Gov. Newsome, doesn’t it? He debated DeSantis but couldn’t shake him. I doubt he considered DeSantis was a JAG officer in the Navy so he was up against an attorney. Given all DeSantis has accomplished for Florida, I don’t know why he isn’t favored more. Something about his persona leaves him looking blah.

Z, I was wondering. You may know being as you lived in Germany for about a decade, do they have the equivalent of an impeachment process available to protect them against a Nero or Hitler type leader? And if they do, why didn’t they use it against Angela when they saw what she was doing?

And as I told you earlier, after giving us the paltry 3.2%, they taxed us twice each for part B deduction ($174.70 x 2 = $349.40) each netting us a loss of $283. I have our Congresswoman Catherine Cortez Masto’s office working on it. She is a Democrat so we’ll see if it flies. Meanwhile, we got the reduced figure for January. It was appealed to her office by our former mayor John Lee, who switched parties from Dem. to GOP when in office. Its nice to have friends. Now lets see how close they really are!
