KAVANAUGH AGAIN…. “PROVE IT!”

“Hundreds of Yale Law students are demanding a full, fair and impartial investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee and Yale alumnus Brett Kavanaugh in the wake of new allegations brought by a second woman.

The elite New Haven law school canceled 31 classes on Monday to help facilitate protests that saw students pack the halls and speak out against abusers and those who silence victims. In the nation’s capital, a bus carried additional students to the Supreme Court and Senate buildings to demonstrate.

Catherine McCarthy, a third-year law school student who was attending the on-campus event, told HuffPost that organizers counted at least 260 attendees. Among them were faculty members and Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), who spoke in support of a full investigation into Kavanaugh’s alleged misbehavior.”

WHAT KIND OF INVESTIGATION?  NO PROOF, NO CORROBORATION, NO DNA, NO NOTHING.

WHAT SHOULD THEY ASK?  HOW DOES AN INVESTIGATION OF SOMETHING WITH NO WITNESSES GO?

Since everyone knows there is no way anything can be proven, and Ford MIGHT ‘lose,’ this kind of stalling tactic was next in line of “How do we stall?”   You know that, I know that……..They want “Both sides of the story”.   WHAT?   The newer accuser was calling friends from years ago asking if they remembered this happened.   WHAT?!!!

And, as of last night, Avenatti’s found yet another woman who’s “passed his vetting test” and wants to testify.  That should slow things down another week or so?

The communist left must be dancing in the streets. How better to celebrate the transformation of “highly-educated” law students into a yammering mob who at best demonstrate the intelligence and wisdom of a gnat? Leading that charge is Richard Blumenthal, who the last I heard, had lied about his Vietnam service in order to further his political career.

PS … we should all remember that it was largely a gaggle of disaffected law students who conspired against their country to achieve the Russian revolution in the early 1900s. In the search for their form of justice since then, they have tortured, raped, and murdered literally tens of millions of people. They were then, and continue to be, the worst examples of human-kind on the planet … even worse, I suspect, than Moslems. At least we know what to expect from the Moslem horde.

Here’s the first half of my daily rant:

Ain’t it amazin how DJT’s influence on the economy and personal income and security and all have made it SO much easier and affordable for people to take time off from work or school to protest his policies?

Actors, singers, producers, writers, professors, students, economists, pundits, commentators, analysts . . . EVERYbody has more time, more money, more freedom now to continue behaving like spoiled 2-yr-olds who didn’t get the particular cookie they wanted.

If America is such a bad place, why do so many people wanna come here for a better life than the one they have? And if it’s such a racist society, why are so many white people pulling so hard for Tiger Woods to make his long-awaited comeback to the winners’ circle? And if it can’t be him, then why Tony Finau? Or Ricky Fowler.

Many of today’s Progressives are men who’ve decided they’re women, dressed up in giant vagina costumes, running around yelling that Trump isn’t normal. And Mueller digging into the Trump campaign history for evidence of collusion with Russia is like O.J. scrounging around in L.A. newspapers looking for clues to find his wife’s killer.

It’s all . . . every bit of it . . . including the delaying tactics on the Kavanaugh vote, nothing more than a non-stop tantrum by people who simply cannot accept that their greedy, lying, hypocritical, career-felon candidate isn’t sitting behind that Resolute Desk.

The DNC, not to mention the NYT, is significantly below the National Enquirer on the ethics scale. And we shouldn’t lose sight of the fact that the Trump haters are the same bunch of dilettantes and airheads who thought it would so – oh, just SO cool to elect the Halfrican . . . twice.

Over the past year and a half we’ve become a vigorous, healthy, vibrant economy, drowning in cash but starving for common sense, and I think I see where it might all be headed:

In a M*A*S*H episode, Hawkeye becomes disgusted and frustrated with being offered only liver or fish as the entrée for more than 10 days consecutively. So he throws a fit, and his tray of food, causing a riot in the mess hall. What it eventually leads to is his arranging to have a meal of barbecued ribs instead of the same old stuff every day.

The metaphor goes to here: In Congress, we’re being offered the same old tired gridlock of “Just say no” or “Not My President” every day to the point that it’s become the new normal. Now . . . for years the Republicans said, “Give us the House and we’ll fix things.” So they got it.

But they encountered reluctance and resistance to change from their counterparts across the aisle, so they said, “O.K. Give us the Senate, and we’ll show you some progress.”

So they got that, too. But once again the loyal opposition opposed everything they offered, and with a liberal community organizer having the final word on approval of their ideas, none of their promises materialized. “Ahah!” they said. “We’ve GOT to have the White House if we’re going to get anything done.”

Well, now they have that . . . AND the House . . . AND the Senate . . . and they can’t get a SCotUS nominee who’s been repeatedly cleared and vetted by the FBI and confirmed by Congress past the stalls and roadblocks and tantrums of Los Resisteros.

I’m tellin ya, boyez and gurulls, if the good ol’ boy GOPs can’t get Kavanaugh seated, they may as well call in the dogs and piss on the fire, ‘cause the hunt is officially over. They’ll never get ANYthing done, ever again. Trump will be forced to rule with fone and pen as his predecessor did, with EOs and bribes and lies, and then the pendulum will swing back again to put another lefty in charge.

(The remainder forecasts a general uprising and dismantling of the dominant government paradigm)

Bocopro…well done! And I’ve been getting the creepy feeling from Coulter and Ingraham that they WANT the GOP to lose….they’re constantly saying “You haven’t got the wall (actually parts are being built), you haven’t got this or that which Trump promised…) and now, if you don’t get Kavanaugh, you might as well stay home and show the Republicans and Trump how you feel about that!”
That’s NOT THE FREAKIN’ MESSAGE SMART PEOPLE NEED. The smart message is “You’d better get out there and vote PARTICULARLY NOW because as much as the GOP’s let you down….a non vote is a LEFTWING VOTE.

MUSTANG>….AMEN to all you said! Totally agree…..particularly about Blumenthal, who’s on my Top 5 list of DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS, let alone disgusting, thoughtless, STUPID Senators.

I have my Deborah moment (that’s what I call it) in the the morning when I walk the property and make my petitions to my Heavenly Father. One of those petitions is our Country and getting better Supreme Court Justices.
Today on FB, I asked several vocal young “ladies” about their lives. They’re screaming about “justice” from Kavanaugh and how guilty he is. So shared the Word about the woman who was to be stoned, “When they kept on questioning him (Jesus), he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” [John 8:7 NIV] Haven’t heard back yet but I’m sure the demons won’t let this slide. There’s sure to be much gnashing of teeth and wailing. Doesn’t bother me any. I pray for them because they are apparently lost because they need to change their lives.
    I just keep praying. 🙂

    Yeah …

Typical of a Hollywood production. Imagine an officer throwing a tantrum about lousy chow when the front-line troops were freezing their asses off and feeling lucky to get a K Ration —and luckier still if they lived to see another barely-adequate meal. Revisionist history anyone? Noting that Alda had polio as a child, he still never served his country in any useful capacity.

The citation is but one of far-too-many poor examples of media influence in our society. Over many decades now, the Hollywood media has managed to change our society’s perception about what it is to be an American. Is there even one sitcom on television today that does not have one minority, one sexual deviant, one gender-confused moron, a drug addict, or someone brain-addled with Ritalin? Maybe it’s time to turn off the damn television; maybe it is time to inculcate our young people with true heroes (as opposed to overpaid basketball and football players and filthy-mouthed “rap artists”). How about venerating the little old lady who refuses to move to the back of the bus, or the average joe who works his tail-end off every day to put a roof over his family’s heads? Okay, rant over …

MUSTANG, NEVER stop ‘ranting!” not here, anyway!
I ‘taught’ an Econ class today and the teacher (I sub, of course, not teach!) asked the kids to read some Hayek….One boy and I got into a conversation and he was appalled that some American chef cooked a fabulous steak dinner recently for the Pres of Venezuela while in Cuba. I was so proud of this kid…about 17….leans Right….
OY, it’s tough to sub these classes because these are mostly juniors and Seniors and know me pretty well (and I would take bullets for these kids, seriously I would xxx) and want to know my opinions, which I am careful not to give during classes but will talk outside the classroom with them….I just remind them of Venezuela, etc….you do the math on socialism (that was the thrust of the Hayek piece)

ALSO: MUSTANG…you talk about the leftwing influences on what America really is: I watch Turner Classic Movies a lot and there’s a liberal host, Mankeiwicz (sp?) who will show VERY VERY outstanding patriotic films about WWII…my fave being DESTINATION TOKYO….and after it, he’ll inevitably call it a PROPAGANDA FILM.
Yup! A PROPAGANDA film that men WANTED to fight, that they watched each others’ backs, that they took orders, that THEY PUT OUR COUNTRY FIRST?! I want to strangle this guy 🙂

Sparky, thank you for praying hard for America…. Young women are being brainwashed.
The boys I taught today finally said WHAT DO YOU THINK OF KAVANAUGH (“Beware, Z…be very careful, you represent the school….SHUT UP!”) I said “I can’t say…..” THank goodness Luke said “But it’s 35 years ago and nobody supports her and this guy’s a good guy” I wanted to go over and slap a big kiss on Luke’s forehead. I added “that’s kind of my attitude….” 🙂

Kid, I hate to say I think this woman’s criticisms are on the weak side. I know PhDs who say “Me and my sister!”….awful grammar. Apostrophes are tough to judge since so many get that wrong!, and “knowingly seen” is to make sure nobody says ‘What do you mean? He was at that DC event you are at, you must have seen him there! Are you LYING?”
BUT, she certainly makes some good points…it’s well worth reading and thinking about. I just think most profs are such MORONS these days that it didn’t sway me.
ON THE OTHER HAND: I could TOTALLY picture someone like Feinstein writing it (or ex-Sen Boxer, who made a whole appeal to congress with a chart where there were many misspellings!!) 🙂

Many people are asking, on the Left, “WHY would she have opened herself up to this bullying, etc..if it weren’t true?”

    1. If they get Kavanaugh out, she’ll be like Patrick Henry to leftists, in every leftwing history book (that’d be ALL textbooks, of course)
    2. She probably is getting a huge check from Soros and company
    3. She will now write her own ticket, like does Anita Hill, for the rest of her life…with a book contract, like I think Bocopro suggested a few days ago, though I’m not sure she has enough for a whole book.

HEADLINE: Kavanaugh Was ‘Aggressive And Belligerent’ When Drunk, His Yale Roommate Says

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh ’s freshman roommate at Yale University came forward late Monday, describing Kavanaugh as “a heavy drinker” who became “aggressive and belligerent” when drunk.
James Roche, Kavanaugh’s roommate in Fall 1983, said in a statement posted on Twitter that they didn’t socialize together much, but would chat at night after Kavanaugh would return from outings with his friends.

“It is from this experience that I concluded that although Brett was normally reserved, he was a notably heavy drinker, even by the standards of the time, and that he became aggressive and belligerent when he was very drunk,” Roche said.

Roche said he issued the statement to support Deborah Ramirez, who was quoted in The New Yorker this week as saying Kavanaugh thrust his exposed penis at her at a college party. Roche said he and Ramirez became close friends at Yale, and she was “unusually honest and straightforward.”

“I cannot imagine her making this up,” he told ABC-7 News in California. “Based on my time with Brett, I believe that he and his social circle were capable of the actions that Debbie described.”’

ON HERESAY, BASED ON HOW KAVANAUGH TALKED WHEN DRUNK? THINK ROCHE IS A LEFTWINGER? NO WONDER KAVANAUGH CRINGED WHEN MCCALLUM, LAST NIGHT, BROUGHT THIS GUY’S TESTIMONY UP …YOU COULD SEE KAVANAUGH WAS REALLY NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS.
I KNOW PLENTY OF COLLEGE HEAVY DRINKERS WHO’D NEVER DO WHAT RODRIGUEZ SAYS SHE DID. IF SHE’S SO HONORABLE, WHAT WAS SHE DOING CALLING FRIENDS LAST WEEK TO ASK IF THEY REMEMBERED THIS?

Hey . . . I know what they’ll likely come up with next time — a dying declaration accusing the nominee of some heinous act, either racist or sexist . . . Something that’ll hold up in court but can’t be challenged in cross examination.

Yes, they really have sunk to that depth. To paraphrase Henrik Ibsen, one of the original and most renowned realists, explaining how he differed from Emile Zola, one of the original and best-known naturalists:

When conservatives go down into the swamp it is to drain it. When Democrats go down there, it is to bathe.

Y’know . . . when I took my final Sociology courses right before doing my practicum teaching high-school English, the prof made a big deal out of our never making public our political or religious positions to students. She said we weren’t there to teach morals or values of any kind to them, only the subject matter approved by the principal, ergo the state, in the course outline.

She was a strong proponent, however, of Wilson, Roosevelt, Noam Chomsky, Bertrand Russell, and several other noted socialists, frequently quoting them and using them as examples of clear thinking in the furtherance of human cultural and governmental development.

My grade for the course was A, but after I’d finished my practicum and applied to the university for an adjunct position, she saw me one day at lunch and confessed that she’d always been suspicious of me because of my long experience as a military man . . . that I might turn out to be a radical conservative.

Oh, well . . . one thing the military DID teach me was how and when to keep my mouth shut. Good thing she never got her hands on any of my novellas or short stories.

Bocopro! THEIR “clear thinking??”: Ha! But I believe that to be right; we teach facts, not OUR version of the facts. I almost weep when I look at even the history/sociology books our Christian high school has…because there isn’t anything else out there. During class one day, I was reading something the kids were reading, to myself, and was stunned to read something like this about the CCC or WPA of the Depression “…in those camps were areas where people lived, some were segregated, and there were areas where they bought food..” went on and on. I thought WHAT DOES SEGREGATION HAVE TO DO WITH IT? I went back to read BEFORE that sentence, thinking they must have been discussing something to do with race, but ZIP….just HAD to get that in there! it was SO gratuitous…but it’s so effective on yet another ‘hate America’ BS thing…right?

The kids like to ask me “What do you think about Trump doing….this or that” during breaks or lunch, etc……when they see me, some do that. But IN CLASS..? NO WAY>
Oh, and they know I have a political blog and always remind me “When I graduate you said you’d give your blog address to me, right?” TWO kids asked me that today and one wasn’t even in that class….he just walked by and, for some reason, said that. I LOVE that.
