Mar-A-Lago Raid………..

So if I was as corrupt as Biden’s White House, DOJ, and the FBI are, and I had Midterms coming and a presidential election down the line,  I’d do this:

I’d raid Trump’s private home with little reason stated for doing so, but let hints out like “Nuclear code,””highly classified information,” etc etc,  as the reason for the raid….terms that really shake people up.

Then I’d mention the affidavit, get it released, and redact most of it before releasing it, not having to disclose any truth at all behind what I’ve done.    Just redact most of it, let people believe there are words like NUCLEAR CODE and HIGHLY CLASSIFIED and even more behind those black redact stripes, and other things which should bother the average American enough that voting for Republicans OR the former president would be out of the question.

I call it “SETTING THE STAGE” for November…..  And, of course, if I did any of that, I’d be in jail right now.    Unlike Biden (“I didn’t know about the raid!…”) or the DOJ or the FBI.

Easy….. It would all be a fantastic way to make Trump and Republicans look hideous without them ever having to have done anything….why not?   The redacts show NOTHING but imply PLENTY….it’s worked like a charm!

Here’s what I THINK Trump should react with instead of what he’s been saying  “My country is as precious to me as it is to all of you.  I would never do anything as suggested by this administration, the DOJ or FBI, and I will continue to do everything possible to prove that to you.  Please don’t believe that sheets of paper with black lines drawn through supposed ‘truths’  mean anything at all.   They can say anything they want as long as they know they can redact it all.  Please pray for a return to peace and truth in our country, what Biden and his people are doing is not contributing to anything good.  Thank you.”

Instead of what he’s writing on Truth Social.   Fingers crossed.

Come the day or so following Labor Day weekend the democrats and the left will unleash the dogs of war while the republicans will sit by relying on a never to materialize Red Wave. The only red wave will be the Chicoms buying up our farmland with our money. So much for purple mountains majesty above our fruited plains. While FOX plays muted lip service to republican good democrat bad the anti-american CNN et el with lower ratings will carry the water for the democrats. The raid on Mar Lago will most assuredly turn out to be the first shot across the bow and quite probably the last shot needed. It may turn out that the so far non resonating Monkey Pox scare was not needed with the splintered republicans led by Turkey neck MCConnell taking down his own party. The die is cast. Even with Biden’s once again shooting himself in the foot this time with his college loan fiasco the republicans sit by counting on “intelligent people” being pissed off enough to flip red. Next…

The Justice Department sent the FBI to try to embarrass the only man in America who can’t be embarrassed.

Of course Joey B. can’t be embarrassed either ‘cuz he’s too damned dense to comprehend when he’s done somethin stupid and gets called on it.

Ever’body knows the Mar-A-Lago raid was timed to draw attention away from the anniversary of the Afghanistan withdrawal debacle. Joe knew in advance of the raid, and it’s blatant abuse of power for political gain.

Consider this scenario . . . not hard to imagine:

Soetoro: Follow me on this Joe . . . . a diversion from that Afghanistan fiasco . . . a raid on Orangeman’s house. Hell, the hardcore left, the anti-trumpers, and the media would LOVE a raid. You could ride it all the way to mid-terms.

And then, keeping a campaign promise, which is always good for the base, do the college loan bailout thing. You get Afghanistan in the rear-view mirror AND placate the hardcores, at least a little bit. Nobody will catch on . . . it’s your golden parachute.

Not even you could screw this up, Joe. People would MUCH more want to see an FBI raid on Trump than families grieving the loss of 13 dead soldiers in a city they couldn’t find on a map.

Biden: So, I give this one to Garland, right?

Soetoro: Hey, Joe . . . he’s a capo di tutti capi – why do you think I nominated him for the high court. And with Wray as his go-to guy, what could go wrong? I call this Joementum, Pal, and it’s fundamental to my 4th term.

Since DJT announced his candidacy in 2015, the FBI has

    1. propagated the Russia-collusion hoax to damage his campaign
    2. created the Whitmer kidnapping plot and blamed it on Trump
    3. supported the Biden campaign by burying Hunter’s illegal activities
    4. overhyped domestic terrorism to support the Dems’ narrative
    5. targeted parents who protested pandemic policies in schools
    6. planted informants in the Jan 6 “insurrection” who actively participated
    7. impeached the guy twice
    8. raided his home to either find or plant evidence preventing a 2024 run

The reality is that Biden has been in power for a year and a half now, and we have the highest gas prices in history, a failing educational system, an FBI nobody trusts, a CDC nobody trusts, the highest inflation in 40 years, an economic recession, tax hikes coming, wars in Europe and Asia, and an open border which has brought in enough drugs to kill everyone in North America 10 times.

What troubles me about all this is that what’s very likely gonna happen on 8 November is that Dems are going to say, “Please, sir . . . may I have another?”

PETER…..VERY well said…nothing to add. THanks …your comment is so right on 😦

BOCOPRO: YOu mention the 13 dead in Afghanistan……Last night, I flipped on local news. I want to tell you all that I probably watch exactly 15 minutes in TOTAL a year of L.A. local news. I just don’t. But, I saw it last night for a few minutes and kept it on because they mentioned the 13 dead…..They played it like this:

“today, we honor the sacrifice of 13 soldiers in Afghanistan who died trying to save thousands….” Behind those words was video of the 3 L.A. families who lost a soldier there on that awful day….

I sat there saying “the SACRIFICE” or the “SLAUGHTER?” Not one WORD about how a normal, informative reporter might have presented it “.. It has been said by many that these deaths were caused by the clumsy and inappropriate exit of our soldiers from Afghanistan..” Or how about the fact that those 13 apparently DID actually save thousands before they died?
I was FURIOUS…and turned it off. the SACRIFICE? Yes, a sacrifice that could have been helped………..swine.

MUSTANG: and he could have had the world as his oyster…and benefited all of us through it………….what a terrible TERRIBLE miss.

OFF TOPIC, I just saw this:

“Officials outraged at Texas governor as more migrant surge into NYC, housed in more than a dozen hotels
NPR blasts GOP governors for busing illegal immigrants to DC ‘with no plan for what’s next’5 more migrant buses from Texas arrive in NYC as Abbott calls out Adams’ ‘hypocrisy’ ”

SO, TX is supposed to house, feed, educate and heal thousands of illegals in TX or AZ? WHY?
NPR blasts GOP governors because NPR and Eric Adams and D.C.’s mayor don’t know what SANCTUARY means? THEY chose to be SANCTUARY, why not DO IT now….? Abbott’s right; how much more hypocritical can anybody get?

it’s laughable! “Yes, we’re a sanctuary city! Oh, wait…!! you’re sending illegals HERE for SANCTUARY? OH, you can’t do that”

I think Trump is handling this perfectly. Why? Because people don’t read.

The following info was in the affidavit released Friday and I didn’t hear a single reporter on ANY channel (including Fox) report about it, because it falls under the category of exculpatory evidence:

Under the U.S. Constitution, the President is vested with the highest level of authority when it comes to the classification and declassification of documents. See U.S. Const., Art. II,§2 ( The President [is] Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States[.] ). His constitutionally-based authority regarding the classification and declassification of documents is unfettered. See Navy v Egan, 484 U.S. 518, 527 (1988) ( [The President’s] authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant. ).

Any attempt to impose criminal liability on a President or former President that involves his actions with respect to documents marked classified would implicate grave constitutional separation-of-powers issues. Beyond that, the primary criminal statute that governs the unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material does not apply to the President. That statute provides, in pertinent part, as follows: Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.18 U.S.C. §1924(a). An element of this offense, which the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt, is that the accused is an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States. The President is none of these. See Free Enter. Fund v Pub. Co Acct. Oversight Bd.,561 U.S. 477, 497-98 (2010) (citing U.S. Const., Art.II, §2cl. 2) ( The people do not vote for the ‘Officers of the United States. ‘);see also Melcher v Fed Open Mkt. Comm., 644 F. Supp.510, 518-19 (D.D.C. 1986),aff d,836 F.2d561(D.C. Cir. 1987) ( [a]n officer of the United States can only be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, or by a court of law, or the head of a department. A person who does not derive his position from one of these sources is not an officer of the United States in the sense of the Constitution. ). Thus, the statute does not apply to acts by a President. Case 9:22-mj-08332-BER Document 102-1 Entered on FLSD Docket 08/26/2022 Page 35 of38

This proves that the former president has broken no laws, and that all claims to the contrary are the result of a political witch hunt.

FJ…FOX has been totally on Trump’s side on this…..all day and evening with various panels including the legal minds like Jonathan Turley and Andy McCarthy ….They are, however, concerned the Left will find SOMETHING that will be a criminal action other than the ones they first tried, which you commented on about, and for which I thank you a lot.
I think my post was clear but I don’t see where people get my point….when you make accusations then redact all the ‘proof’ behind those actions, you can say ANYTHING and just say “We had to redact it,” and VOILA….you may not get criminal action from it BUT you set the stage for leery Americans who believe our leftwing media. Make sense?
Thanks, FJ. ANd I agree about the witch hunt…..Voters don’t read much AT ALL, so the media gets away with a LOT. That’s been going on for years, hasn’t it.

I know the Leftwing media wouldn’t print what I wrote for Trump, but the Right would, and it would probably get enough amazement that American Democrats would find it and read it. I believe that, anyway.

OH, also….re Zuckerburg…WHY would he talk about this in public? He’s a Lefty….and it seems to me he really damned the FBI….that’s my curiosity.

I disagree with your assessment of Fox. I think that they’re looking for a Trump stumble as much as the other networks are so that they can, at the critical moment, swap and prop DeSantis into the RNC leadership role and usurp the MAGA movement.

I think that they could provide Trump “cover” with “legal revelations” (like the above), but choose NOT to. IMO, Fox is as much a UniParty creature as CBS, ABC, NBC and PBS are. They “pretend” to promote their audience’s interests and views, but are only really interested in their own.

It’s one of the reasons why I prefer “independent” journalists, even if they’re Progressive Liberals. It’s easier to figure out and anticipate their bias’.

    Why did Zuck reveal…?

I think it’s likely becoming a problem that people need to know about. In other words, it not all just Zuck…

There are a whole host of 3-letter agency organizations now committed to “fighting misinformation” and ensuring a propaganda monopoly. Most are cut-outs for US or British 3 letter agencies.

I suppose it begins with Dept of Homeland Security’s “Misinformation Governance Board” and continues with entities like the Ross Burley “Center for Information Resilience“, The “Integrity Initiative“, the Zink Network’s “Open Information Partnership, Bellingcat, and the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.

In fact, at the time Zuckerbooger renamed Faceboob’s parent company “META”, Christian Prophet Robin D. The snot faced Booger is trying to save his rotten charred carcass from getting plucked at by the righteous people he tried to destroy.

I know I’m not playing nice with the jackals trying to save their sorry rotting carcasses. But it’s fun throwing salt on their wounds, watching them squirm in agonizing pain.
